新PEP小学英语四年级下册Unit 3 Weather 教学设计执教者：广东省梅州市兴宁市永和中心小学 陈兴1、 教学内容:A、Lets learn, Lets chant（P25）2、 学情分析：四年级学生学英语不久（只有一年），词汇量有限，但学生们学习英语的兴趣很浓厚，而且小学生对视频作品、小故事等记忆比较深刻，考虑到学生的好奇心及求知欲，我设计了不同的游戏和操练方法学习。让学生在特定的语境内领悟和使用，进行有意义的交际，以此达到语言教学的真正目的。三、教学目标：（一）知识与技能目标1、能够听、说、认读单词”warm/cold/cool/hot”;2、能够说唱”Lets chant”。（二）方法与过程目标：1、能够在情景中运用句型”Its in”介绍不同地方的气候特征;2、能够运用”phonic”自然拼读法对简单单词进行拼读。（三）情感态度与价值观目标：培养学生关心日常天气，并对日常天气情况进行描述的能力。四、教学重难点：1、听、说、认读单词：warm/cold/cool/hot；并运用”phonic”自然拼读法对这些单词进行拼读；2、熟练运用句型”Its in”介绍不同地方的气候特征;五、教具准备：本课时的教学单词卡片、多媒体课件。六、教学步骤：Step 1 、Warm-up1、Greetings：与学生互动问好，复习旧知识，旧句型。T:Good morning,boys and girls.How are you today?Ss:Im fine.Thank you.And you?T:Im fine,too.Thank you.2、Look and listen：利用多媒体课件引出主人公“熊大熊二”，创设情境，为学习新知识做好铺垫。T:Good morning,boys and girls.Theyre our old friends:Xiong Da and Xiong Er.They like apples very much.3、Lets sing：跟唱英文歌曲”Apple Tree”，烘托、活跃课堂气氛。 T:Boys and girls.They also like to sing songs.Today,lets sing the song “Apple Tree” with them.Ok?4、Look and say: 说唱字母音标，复习字母发音。T:Boys and girls.Lets look and say.w-w-w :/w/-/w/-/w/ .Step 2 、Presentation1、Story-telling：由“熊大熊二”同样喜欢旅行，引出四个城市名，并学习单词：Beijing/Harbin/Lhasa/Hong Kong weather T:Boys and girls.Xiong Da and Xiong Er like to take a trip ,too. Next week they want to visit Beijing,Harbin,Lhasa and Hong Kong. And they want to know the weather there.So they watch a weather report on TV.2、Look and remember：How many degrees？（多少摄氏度？）插入”Lets learn”的视频，学生认真看、听，然后回答”Beijing/Harbin/Lhasa/Hong Kong“四个地方的温度。T:Boys and girls,look and listen the report carefully,and try to remember how many degrees in Beijing,Harbin,Lhasa and Hong Kong. 3、利用视频引入所学单词：warm/cold/cool/hot4、利用phonics教授新单词：warm/cold/cool/hot T:Boys and girls,listen carefully: w-w-w:/w/-/w/-/w/ ar-ar-ar:/ :/-/ :/-/ :/ /w :m/ m-m-m:/m/-/m/-/m/（用此方法教授其他三个单词。）5、通过单词、图片引出句子：Its in Its warm in Beijing .Its cold in Harbin .Its cool in Lhasa .Its hot in Hong Kong .Step 3、Practice1、Look and say：通过”Look and say”游戏来操练、巩固单词。T:Boys and girls,look at the picture carefully and answer the question:Whats the weather like today?Its March 30th,its spring now,whats the weather like today?
