As they work, move around the room checking the progress and offering language support as needed.(3) Finally, invite a student to read his or her complete passage to check answers.Answers: snowy, windy, buying, playing, skating, taking.2、 Writing (Activities 3b & 3c )(1)Lead students to read through the instructions so that they can know what to do and how to do these two activities.(2)Give students enough time to do this task.(3)Collect the work and choose the best written ones to present to the whole class. Correct mistakes if any.Step 3 Consolidation1、 Conclusion.Lead students to conclude the important and difficult language points in this unit.2、 Self-check.(1) Invite some students to add more words in Activity 1. Encourage them to speak loudly, the more the better. (2) Give them several minutes to do the last two activities. (3) Invite some students to present their answers.(4) Put students into pairs to role-play the conversation in Activity 3.Step 4 SummaryIn this period, weve mainly learned how to describe the weather and what people are doing through some reading materials. And weve also done some writing practice to consolidate the knowledge.
