同时停送电 且不会触及带 电导体时 则允许在几个电气连接部分共用一张工作票 开工前工作票内 的全部安全措施必须一次做完 二 在几个电气连接部分上依次进行不停电的同一电压等级 同一类型 的工作 可以填用一张工作票 三 若一个电气连接部分或一个配电装置全部停电 则所有不同地点的 工作 可以签发一张工作票 但要详细填明主要工作内容 3 事故抢修工作 指生产主 辅设备等发生故障被迫紧急停止运行 需要立 在交接班时再变更为一值 工作负责人 6 工作票的票面应书写清楚 字迹要清晰 发生笔误时 可在错字上划两 平行线 红色笔 表示作废后继续填写 如果是添加字 可在需添加地方 的左右两侧字中间向上用红色笔打上对号进行添加 7 一个工作负责人只能发给一张工作票 如有 2 张及以上工作票为同一工 作负责人 则只能发给一张工作票 其它工作票交回暂压 8 工作票有破损时 应补填新的工作票 9 其它细则可参考公司
