It says . What does this sign mean? It means . 对一些标记进行简单的介绍，用What is / was the temperature? 询问某日的气温并能进行相应的回答等。本模块的时态主要是进一步复习和巩固一般过去时和一些情态动词（如can, must, should等）的用法。本模块从身边的事物为出发点，以“标记”，“天气”和“变化”为话题展开学习内容，不仅注意到了新旧知识的有机整合，而且对学生的语言能力提出了更高的要求，进一步从听说读能力的培养转向听、说、读、写、练、用的全面兼顾。二、单元教学目标第三单元以“变化”为话题，要求学生能掌握表示家具的相关单词（如cupboard, bookshelf, lamp等）；能用相关的句型进行相互问答（如：Whats different? The chair was under the window.
