S: Good morning. Mr. Lee. T: How are you today? S: . S: Do you like English? T: . 2. Warm up T: All right, look at this? Where is it? S: Its a zoo. T: Whats in the zoo? Say & Learn Now, Mr. Lee show u two sentence from the story.Can you find it in your story book? Open ur book and turn to page.“He wants to.” Do you know this word “want to”? Can u make a sentence? Now 2 mins to discuss, which picture ur group want to read. lets see which group is better. 6. RetellT: These groups doing very well. Do u really understand this story? Can u retell this story in these words 1 by 1?1. Arouse the students learning interest from the very beginning.2. To present and practice the sentence patterns repeatedly.3. Language acquisition by imagination activities offering by the teacher according to the storybook.4. To solve the difficult points with the help of imitation. Step . Post-reading 1.Development T: When the deer see the crocodile, is he scared of him? No. he is calm and smart. When you r in danger, what can u do? When u at home, u hear someone knocks the door and he says: “Open the door please, Im a postman.” What can you do? Can u open the door? No. You should shout:”help, help” and call 110. When u r in English class and there is fire in our school.What can u do? Use ur clothes cover ur face and on the ground go to the playground 1 by 1. Please be calm and smart. 2. After class reading T: Mr Lee have many other picture books and if u love reading the story, u can come to me after class. And u can also buy some wonderful picture books. Such as. I wish all of u love reading stories.1. To help Ss know how to protect ourselves.2. To foster the students ability of cooperating with others.3. To arouse the students reading interests by other books.4. Can do self evaluation.IV. Homework & Self evaluation Design:T: Many children love this deer very much. Please get this paper on ur desk. Here r 4 steps on the paper. Such as I can read, retell, develop, cooperate. If u can do that, just mark a flag on it. Besides, dont forget write down ur name. T: Whats this? Its an English story postcard. Lets see what on this card. My favorite picture books name, why I like it and a good sentence. Can u make a postcard? And
