Unit 3 I am more outgoing than my sister.第一课时教学设计教材分析：本课是新目标英语八年级上册第三单元第一课时。本单元主要谈论人物特征，通过对话,学习掌握形容词副词的比较级.学生分析：1、经过一年多的学习，学生在知识和技能方面都有了一定的进步。根据学生心理特点，利用多媒体课件上英语课，学生在欣赏和享受中学习，直观,轻松愉快。2、形容词的比较级和最高级，对学生来说是全新的知识。通过对本课的学习，力争掌握用正确的语言结构表达人物特点和人物比较。教材分析及重难点： 教学内容为新目标英语八年级上册第三单元Section A第一课时 。学习内容主要体现在以下三点：1、学习有关人物特点的形容词：outgoing ，tall, thin, short, heavy, calm, wild, long hair, short hair, quiet, funny, serious, smart, athletic, ect.2、学习用于比较的句型：（1）Paul. is quieter than Pedro（2）Tina is taller than Tara.（3）Tom is calmer than Sam.3、语法：the comparative and superlative degrees of adjectives (形容词的比较级和最高级)教学目标：1、谈论学生感兴趣的话题，指导学生学习有关人物特点的单词、人物比较的表达及语法知识点“形容词的比较级和最高级”。2 通过学习本课，增强教师与学生、学生之间的相互了解和沟通。3、培养学生的综合运用语言的能力。教学过程：Step 1 Lead-inT：I have a sister.
