It is widely used for control, protection and monitoring in different fields, such as for power distribution in large power plants, electricity transmission of small and medium-sized generators, power supply in mining enterprises, power transmission and distribution of secondary substations in electric power system, and starting of large high-voltage motor starter. The switchgear meets the requirements of IEC298, GB3906-1991 and other standards. It features Five-prevention locking function: prevent circuit breaker truck from moving with load; prevent misoperation of circuit breaker; prevent grounding switch from closing and opening the circuit breaker at the ON/OFF position; prevent straying into live interval; prevent misoperation of interlocking function of grounding switch with electricity. The switchgear can be fitted and worked with VS1-12 and ZN-12 type indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers and various functional trucks (disconnection truck, circuit breaker truck, PT truck, metering truck and transformer truck), VD4 12kV medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker manufactured by ABB, EV12 12kV medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker manufactured by Schneider and VEP 12kV medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker manufactured by Huadian and other 12kV medium voltage vacuum circuit breakers manufactured by other domestic and foreign manufacturers. The switchgear may provide a variety of design schemes to meet various design needs. Enclosure of the cabinet body and the separated plates in various functional units are assembled by hot-dip Al-Zn coated steel sheets. Switchgear enclosure protection degree is IP4X; circuit breaker compartment door protection degree in opened state is IP2X. This equipment has functions such as making the incoming/outcoming cables overhead and the connection to left and right. This equipment used in different schemes can be arranged according to purposes so that they can realize functions required in design. Because installation, commissioning and maintenance of the switchgear can be carried out in the front of it, the switchgears can be arranged against the wall or back-to-back in double-row to save floor space and reduce total investment.5.1柜体 开关设备的柜体由四部分组成：即前柜、后柜、仪表室、泄压装置，这四个部分均为独立组装后相拼而成，由于每一部分的外壳和隔板是采用敷铝锌钢板经CNC机床加工和折弯之后栓接而成，因此装配好的开关设备能保证尺寸上的统一性。它具有很强的抗腐蚀与抗氧化作用，并具有比同等钢板高的机械强度。开关设备被隔板分隔成手车室、母线室、电缆室、继电器仪表室，每一个单元的外壳均具有独立的接地，各隔室间防护等级都达到IP2X。除继电器仪表室外，其它三隔室都分别有其泄压通道。由于采用了中置式形式，电缆室位置大大增加，因此设备可接多路电缆。此外，开关设备的门均采用静电喷塑使其表面抗撞击、耐腐蚀、外形美观（颜色可由用户自定）。5.1 Cabinet body The switchgear cabinet consists of four parts: front cabinet, rear cabinet, instrument compartment and pressure relief device. These four parts are independently assembled and then joined together. Because the enclosure and separated plates are made of hot-dip Al-Zn coated steel sheets processed and bent by the CNC machine tool and then bolted, the assembled switchgear may guarantee consistent sizes. It has strong anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation and its mechanical strength is higher than mechanical strength of the steel plate with the same thickness. The switchgear separated plate divided into truck compartment, busbar compartment, cable compartment and relay instrument compartment. Enclosure of each unit is grounded independently. Each separated compartment reaches protection degree of IP2X. Except for relay instrument compartment, other separated compartments have own pressure relief channel. Due to the centrally-installed structure, the cable compartment space greatly increases so that the equipment may connect many cables. In addition, doors of the switchgear apply plastic electrostatic spraying so that their surface is resistant to impact and corrosion and becomes good looking (color can be customized).5.1.1手车室手车室内安装了特定的导轨，供断路器和手车在内滑行和工作。在静触头的前端装有活门机构，从而保证了操作人员及维修人员的安全。5.1.1 Truck compartmentThe truck compartment is equipped with special track. This way the circuit breaker and the truck may slide and work. The front of the stationary contact is equipped with shutter mechanism to ensure safety of operators and servicemen.5.1.2母线室母线室用于主母线安装，此外左侧壁有三个孔用于安装母线绝缘套管，将柜与柜之间的母线隔开，可防止事故扩大。5.1.2 Busbar compartmentThe busbar compartment is used for the main busbar installation. In addition, the left side wall has three holes for installation of busbar insulation bush. The busbar between cabinets can be separated to avoid spreading of accident.5.1.3电缆室电缆室内可安装电流互感器、接地开关、避雷器以及电缆，并在其底部配置开缝的可拆卸非金属封板或不导磁金属封板，以确保现场的施工方便。5.1.3 Cable compartmentCurrent transformator, grounding switch, lightning arrester and cables can be installed in the cable compartment. The slitting removable non-metallic sealing plate or non-magnetic metal sealing plate can be configured in the bottom to ensure the easy construction on site.5.1.4仪表室仪表室用于安装各类保护装置、继电器、仪表、信号指示、操作开关等元器件，此外还可以根据用户要求在仪表室顶部增加小母线室，可敷设十五路控制小母线。5.1.4 Instrument compartmentInstrument compartment is used for installation of various types of protective devices, relay, instrument, signal indication and operation switch. In addition, smaller busbar compartments can be added in the top of the instrument compartment as required by users. It is possible to lay out the control small busbar in 15 channels.5.1.5泄压装置在手车室、母线室、电缆室的上方均设有泄压装置，当断路器或母线、电缆室内发生内部故障电弧时，伴随电弧的出现，开关设备内部气压上升，达到一定的压力后，顶部设备的泄压金属板将被自动打开，释放压力和排泄气体，以确保操作人员和开关设备的安全。5.1.5 Pressure relief devicePressure relief devices are mounted above the truck compartment, the busbar compartment and the cable compartment. When the internal fault arc occurs in the circuit breaker or the busbar or the cable compartment, the pressure in the switchgear may go up until the pressure relief metal plate of the device in the top is automatically opened to release pressure and air. This way, safety of operators and switchgear can be guaranteed.5.2 断路器手车ZN-12型户内高压真空断路器配用滚轮式底盘手车，采用中置抽出式，在柜内的移动采用的是丝杠推进机构，使断路器在进出时非常轻松可靠，既便于操作、观察，又方便了断路器的转运、维修，同时对于相同规格的手车又保证了其良好的互换性，方便了设备的维护保养。5.2 Circuit breaker truckZN -12 type indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is equipped with the roller chassis truck which is centrally-installed withdrawable type. The truck used inside the cabinet is the lead screw propulsion mechanism which makes it easy and reliable to move in and out the circuit breaker. This design facilitates not only operation and observation of the circuit breaker but also running and repair of it. The trucks with the same specifications can be consistently interchangeable so that maintenance and care of the machine is easy.5.3 防止误操作联锁装置开关设备内装有安全可靠的联锁装置，完全满足“五防”的要求。5.3 Interlocking mechanism for avoidance of misoperationThe safe and reliable interlocking mechanism can be installed in the switchgear to meet “five-prevention” requirements.5.3.1仪表室门上装有提示性的按钮或者转换开关，以防止误分、误合断路器。A. After the circuit breaker is closed, the circuit breaker can not move. This way it is impossible to wrongly close and open the isolated contacts with load. 5.3.3断路器与接地开关机构联锁，只有当断路器手车退出柜体后，接地开关才能合闸同时手车不能进入柜体(接地开关可带电压显示装置)。手车在柜内时，接地开关不能合闸，这样实现了防止带电合接地开关及接地开关未分前合断路器。5.3.3 Circuit breaker and grounding switch interlock mechanism. Only when the circuit breaker truck removes from the cabinet body, the grounding switch can be closed and the truck cannot enter the cabinet body (the grounding switch can be fitted with the voltage indicator). When the truck is in the cabinet, the grounding switch can not be closed.
