Play a game.A guessing game.Divide the students into two groups. Students try to express and guess the words. 设计意图：游戏导入可以让学生们主动参与、勤于思考。在游戏过程中，描述的同学锻炼了表达能力，猜词的同学提升了听的能力，所有同学对单词进行了巩固，同时拓展了思维方式。Step 2. Make Predictions.Students make predictions about the future environment with “will”.设计意图：教师引导学生使用目标语言预测未来环境，先借助图片让学生使用将来时生成有关预测环境的句子，再由半控制语境到完全开放，学生发挥想象，自我生成相关内容，教学设计符合学习规律。Step 3. Finish 3a: Fill in the blanks with more, less or fewer.Students complete the sentences with more, less or fewer correctly according to the context.设计意图：教会学生根据前后句、上下文有效捕捉信息、处理信息,得到符合逻辑的答案。 Step 4. Role-play the conversation.(1) Listen to 2d and fill in the chart. (2) Read the conversation and then role-play it.(3) After watching a demonstration, students make their own conversations and role play them.设计意图:首先通过听力训练，锻炼学生捕捉信息的能力；表演课本对话，继而引导学生生成有关预测未来衣食住行的新对话，层层递进，由易到难，丰富学生的生活体验。Step 5. Finish two tasks.Task 1: Debate: Better or Worse Students choose “Better” or “Worse”, find out the reasons and debate. When the students debate, the others take notes.设计意图： 对抗能激发学生学习的兴趣，是促进思维的有效途径，通过辩论发散学生的思维,锻炼学生的表达能力。 Task 2: Make the world better.Students complete the predictions, read their predictions, then stick them on a big picture of the earth. Talk about the future world and how to make our world better.设计意图：基于课本3b内容设计了此活动，不仅完成了课本的内容，而且丰富了学生对于将来衣食住行等方面生活的设想，培养了学生爱护环境，爱护地球的意识，树立了创造美好未来的信念。Step 6. Homework1.
