租车协议Car Rent Agreement出租方（以下简称甲方）：Car Owner（hereinafter referred as Party A）: 承租方（以下简称乙方）：Tenant (hereinafter referred as Party B): 甲乙双方达成以下协议：Party A and Party B hereby reached the agreement as follows:1. 乙方自愿租用甲方的一辆丰田Vellfire ，排量为2.4升，为黑色全新车，车牌号为 。车辆及司机的隶属关系为甲方，乙方对所租赁的车辆和司机拥有使用权。未经乙方同意，甲方不得擅自更换车辆。Party B, at his own free will, agrees to rent One (1) Vellfire Toyota from Party A, and the rented car shall be brand new with black color and the 2400 CC output emission, car number is . The ownership of the said vehicle shall belong to Party A and the drivers designated shall be employees of Party A while Party B owns the right to use the vehicle and driver hired. Party A shall not be allowed to change the agreed rented car without being authorized by the Party B. 2. 租期3个日历月，自 _年_月_日起算。Tenancy period shall be three (3) calendar months, calculated from the date of _ _.3. 租金：月租车费以自然月计算，每车每月_马币, 该租金包括车辆在马来西亚及新加坡境内的高速公路过路费、停车费、海关过关费、路税、保险、维修、燃油、司机工资、加班费等一切费用，除_马币租车费之外，乙方不支付其它任何费用。Rental: Monthly rental charges shall be on the basis of calendar month. _RM per month for each car, the rental shall include all the cost, i.e. the motorway road toll, car parking fee, custom pass cost, road tax, car insurance, fuel, driver salary, overtime work fee etc. in Malaysia and Singapore. Except _RM rental, the Party B shall not pay Party A any other fees.4. 乙方在每月月末支付当月租金给甲方，支付方式以支票或银行划账形式一次性向甲方支付租费，司机加班费（如果有）也每月一并结算。 Party B shall make the monthly lump payment to Party A by cheque or bank transfer at the end of each month. The over time charges (if any) shall be settled every month also.5. 在乙方租车期间，甲方司机应听从乙方的安排，甲方的任何延误对乙方造成的损失，乙方将从租车费中进行扣减，扣减不够的由甲方返还。同时，若乙方对甲方司机不满意，甲方应该按照乙方需求立即进行更换。但是，乙方不得违章指挥甲方司机。6. During the tenancy period, Party A shall follow the arrangement made by Party B, and if any losses to Party B caused by the delay from Party A, Party B shall deduct the due amount from rental and Party A shall return the balance to Party B if insufficient deduction from the rent. Meanwhile, if the driver from Party A fails to make Party B satisfied, immediately replacement shall be done as required by Party B. however, Party B shall not direct the driver illegally.7. 车辆每天工作时间为11小时，若有特殊情况，需向乙方提供加班服务，甲方必须按照乙方要求提供相应服务，不得以任何理由拒绝，加班时间在1小时之内不计费，超过1小时开始计费，_马币/小时。司机食宿自理。Working hours for the car shall be eleven (11) hours, and for the special requirement required by the Party B, the Party A should provide the service as per the Party Bs requirement, and cant refuse by any reason. Drivers accommodation shall be at Party As own cost.8. 甲方应保证所提供的车辆及司机能够自由来往新加坡与马来西亚。Party A shall ensure that the provided cars and drivers could freely get access between Singapore and Malaysia.9. 甲方应该根据乙方要求对车辆进行日常维修保养，保持车辆内外整洁，车辆内空气新鲜。如果甲方不能满足乙方要求，乙方有权随时解除该协议。Party A shall do the maintenance and clean the car as per Party Bs requirement, to keep the car tidy and the internal air fresh. If Party A cannot satisfy Party Bs requirement, Party B has the authority to dissolute this Contract.10. 发生任何情况导致车辆不能使用时，甲方应立即进行更换同等级车辆顶替，保障乙方正常使用要求。Upon car breakdown due to any reasons, Party A shall immediately replace with the same standard cars to ensure the normal use as required.11. 甲方应提供司机必要业务培训和安全学习以及司机的体检报告，确保优良的驾驶服务，及时供车、出车。Party A shall provide the necessary training，safety education and the Medical Examination Report to the driver to ensure the excellent driving service，and the vehicle and driving service shall be available on request.12. 任何交通事故的费用及后果由甲方承担。乙方有权自行驾车，但乙方驾车过程中出现的交通事故及罚款由乙方承担。Party A shall undertake the costs and consequences incurred from accident.
