These weaknesses will affect how successful a self-employed person is. another problem, income security. Self-employed people have no guaranteed wage. Their earnings can vary greatly, depending on business conditions.The rest choice may find a jobIn human market ,graduates lack experience. they spend most of their time at school studying academic subjects and lack relevant job training. only after graduation, they realize its hard to find jobs.Other hand ,in school, they have no interest in certain subjects. some play computer games or pursue other interests. Just like sleepTime files,its time to find a job, and we find we can do nothing to meet the request of the employor.in the time ,only left complain.my topic is about choice and process.a research shows that a man has to make 73 choices one day.with so many choices one day, people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life. in my opinion, there is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life, which the process makes the difference.life is a box of chocolate,you never know what you will getone accomplished great success with his strong will in the process.We should learne to act instead of complaining. no matter what the choice is, enjoy the process. in the process, your potential will be inspired and new discoveries,improvement and progress will come to you. these are the most beautiful sceneries and only on the way can you see it. these make your life colorful.Starting today, we must pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and begin again the work of remaking the dream.The road ahead will be long.
