4A Unit5 Our new home (Period one) .Teaching content: Story time.Teaching aims:1. Students can master the words: sofa, bedroom, kitchen, living room.2. Students can understand, read and act out the whole story.3. Students can master and use the key sentences of this unit:Wheres ? Its Where are ? Theyre . Difficult point: Use the communicative sentences correctly and freely. .Teaching aids: PPT, cards.Teaching procedures: Step1.Pre-reading1. Sing a song: I can skate and I can jump. Can you ?Can you say out the words? 过渡到下一环节的看图说词 2. Can you say out the words? Purpose:看图快速说出单词,能马上调动起学生的积极性;单词都是后面的设计环节中要用到的,这样在营造气氛的同时,为后面的环节作好铺垫;3个新单词也放在其中引出。3.Teach the words: kitchen, bedroom, living roomThe bedroom, the living room and the kitchen, theyre in a home. (Present the title: Our new home) Step2.While-reading1. Watch and answer.Watch the cartoon and answer two questions:(1)Who are they?(2)Where are they?2. Listen and find.Listen to the tape and try to know: What are they looking for?(1)What is Su Yang looking for?(2)What is Su Hai looking for?Purpose:让学生带着问题,有目的地去听录音,训练孩子听的能力。3. Read and underline.“How do they ask?”Read the story and find the questions about looking for things and underline them.(通过学生的读,引出并板书:Wheres? 和Where are ?)4. Repeat and answer.“How does Mum answer?”(1)Repeat and find the answers.(在跟读的过程中,学生找到相应的答句,板书:Its 和Theyre )(2)Present the sentences:Wheres my bag? Its in your bedroom. Where are my skirts? Theyre in the living room, on the sofa.Wheres my white cap?Your cap is in the kitchen.What did you find?(通过自读和跟读的方式,让学生自己去发现本课的重点句型,并通过适当的字体变化,让学生去发现“Wheres ?和Where are ?”的区别。)5.
