Do you often go to the zoo?导入新课。以与动物相关的图片与学生交谈本节课需要掌握的动物名称的词汇以及描述动物的词汇。课上通过猜测动物游戏，极大的调动了学生的学习欲望，有助于记牢本课所学动物词汇。通过分小组活动比赛，把它贯穿于整个教学活动中来，让每一位学生都能积极参与，而且培养了学生的小组合作能力和竞争意识。但是设计猜测动物的图片太少，使得学生意犹未尽。通过听力训练旨在加强学生的听力能力，但因为没有首先弄清楚听力要求，使学生回答问题时受到障碍。通过设计一个在动物园的情景，让学生展开话题，呈现新句型:Why do you want to see pandas? Because theyre + adj.这部分进一步巩固了新词汇，以词汇带动句型，深入浅出。学生能流畅的进行对话练习。不过，由于是套用固定对话模式，使得对话过于形式化，内容过于单一。然后通过模仿动物的游戏，很好的调动了学生的积极性，学生参与度高，是本课的高潮，很好地激发了学生想说和表现的欲望。不过，学生的表演时间太短，应该延长点
