Analysis of Teaching ContentLesson 8 is the second lesson in Unit 2, Book 8.This unit focus on the subject Seasons, Lesson 8 mainly talks about the weather. It also demands the students can introduce the weather according to the symbol, meanwhile tell us what weather they like. By singing the song to interest to study of English. 教学目标【知识目标】1. To master the words: sun, cloud, rain, wind, snow.2. To master the sentence: This is.【能力目标】Improve the students ability of speaking, listening, reading and writing. 【情感目标】Stimulate interest in learning English, and development of the students ability of using synthetic language.【教学重点】To master the words and phrases.【教学难点】To learn the actual function of the weather of four seasons. 课前准备Tape recorder, Multimedia 教学过程Step 1. Warm-up1Greeting: T:Hello,everyone. How are you? Ss: Fine, thank you. How are you? T: Im fine, thanks. Nice to see you again. Ss: Glad to see you again.2. Review the words.3. Enjoy a song: Rain Rain Go Away.Step 2. Presentation1. Explain the new words with the pictures. (four seasons )T: Whats this? Ss: Sun. The sun is hot.2. Follow to the teacher.3. Read the words by themselves.4. Write the words down. (What words can you find?)5. Write them down.T show the picture on page 21, finish it. Step 3. Practice1. Play a game: Whats missing?2.
