2011年初中学业水平测试英语学科说明初中英语学科的学业水平测试是义务教育阶段的终结性学业评价的重要组成部分,是全面准确考查初中毕业生在英语学习方面是否达到全日制义务教育阶段中学英语课程标准(实验稿)所规定的初中阶段英语毕业水平的重要手段。学业水平测试评价结果既是衡量学生是否达到初中毕业标准的主要依据,也是高中阶段学校招生的重要依据之一。一、命题原则1、依据英语课程标准来确定考查内容与标准。2011年初中毕业英语学业水平测试命题的依据是英语课程标准 “内容标准”中五级目标的内容、要求及相关的附录,同时参考三级和四级的内容和要求。考查内容不完全受教材内容的制约。2、着重考查学生的综合语言运用能力。命题要以全面、准确地考查学生的综合语言能力为宗旨,真正落实“考查学生用英语做事情的能力”的评价指导思想,通过听、说、读、写等形式考查学生综合语言运用能力。3、充分考虑学生的实际生活和身心发展水平。试题所选择的语言素材和创设的语言运用情境,要充分考虑学生的生活实际、生活经验及社会发展状况。试题素材的选择和题型的设计要与学生的身心发展水平相适应。4、选用真实、地道的语言素材,根据语言实际情形命题。在选择语言素材时,尽量使用真实、地道、典型的当代英语素材,尽可能提供语义相对完整的语境,尽可能使试题任务接近或类似现实生活中语言使用的实际情形。5、确保试题的信度和效度,杜绝繁、难、偏、旧的试题,控制题量。命题要遵守教育测量的基本原理,保证试题的信度,以使测试形式有利于实现英语学业考试的考查目的,使测试结果尽可能准确地反映学生的实际水平。二、考查内容1. 测试内容:按照基础教育阶段英语课程分级总体目标的要求,依据英语课程标准对语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等五个方面分别提出的相应具体内容标准,其中语言知识包括语音、词汇、语法以及功能和话题。要求考生掌握1818个词汇、232个短语、19大项语法项目、24项(小话题95项)话题项目、11项(55小项)功能意念项目。2.将遵循“突出语篇、强调应用、注重实际”的命题原则,将测试重点放在语篇理解的层面上,加强语境化理解程度。命题严格遵照现行英语课程标准和英语测试说明,不超纲、难点分散,难易程度符合广大考生的实际,让各种程度的考生都能发挥自己的水平,客观地反映出教学质量和学生日常学习的真实成绩。三、试卷结构2011年度初中英语学科水平测试采用闭卷书面笔答方式。测试时间为100分钟(不含听力测试)。满分为100分。试卷结构见下表:题号题材题量分数IMultiple choiceChoose the best answer from A, B or C according to the meaning of the sentence .1515IICloze testChoose the best answer to complete the passage.1515IIICommunication(A) Choose the best choice from A to F to finish the dialogue .
