Section A教学目标一、教学目标:1.语言知识目标:1)能掌握以下单词:post,office,postoffice,police,policestation,hotel,restaurant,bank,hospital,street,pay,near,across,acrossfrom,front,infrontof,behind,town,around能掌握以下句型:1.Isthereahospitalnearhere?Yes,thereis.Thepayphoneisacrossfromthelibrary.Thepayphoneisbetweenthepostofficeandthelibrary.2)能了解以下语法:Where引导的特殊疑问句及其答语。学会Thereis/are。Is/arethere.的句型及用法。2. Ability Object(语言技能目标):通过运用问路和引路的交际用语,帮助各个层次的同学树立自信心,敢于用英语进行交际3、Moral attitude(情感目标):a通过运用简单的问路和引路的交际用语,学会相互合作,培养乐于助人的精神。教学重点Where引导的特殊疑问句。therebe句型的肯定式、一般疑问句及其回答方式。方位介词的用法。教学难点让学生学会运用方位介词。项目及要求Make up a conversation of showing directions.项目设置意图Let students put language into use when talking about things around them.教学过程(项目实施交流展示评价激励)教师活动学生活动项目准备:1. 学生提前预习课本Section A 并完成项目书项目准备。2. 准备自己在石家庄经常去的场所并描述他的位置,介绍其周围标志建筑。I. Presentation 1. Ask one student to share her presentation in front of the class.2. Ask them some questions after the presentation.3. Give them some comments.II. Show the project today. Lead-in:Show the pictures brought by the students and let students describe or introduce. Or:show the location of our school and let students describe.Step 1Show the picture of different places and let students guess. Step 2 T: Now please think about prepositions for position Show the Chinese and English translations of different prepositional words and let students memorize. Later show the pictures of them and say the right positions. Later show the pictures describing the prepositional words and let students answer.Step 3: Are there any places we talked about in the neighborhood? Where are they and can you describe?Step 3. Listening:T: Now lets listen to the tape, and fill in the blanks in 2bThe students check the answers.No 1students could try to draw a map and retell the positions. Step 4. Pair work Listen to the tape of 2d and try to answer the questions Step 5. Role-play One student is a new visitor to the city and the other student try to give directions. X. Quiz1.
