Purpose: In order to execute all training plans, prompt colleagues knowledge and skills and maintain quality system operation then define the process.二.適用範圍: 適用於本公司所屬員工.2. Application: Apply in all members in JPC. 三.職 責: 3. Duty: 3.1人事單位:負責全公司有關品質管理、 環境管理、環境物質管理相關之認知能力及資格認定.3.1 Humor resource: In charge the certificate of recognition and qualification of relative quality management, environment management & environment material management 3.2各部門:負責提供相關的教育訓練教材,並配合人事單位的教育訓練工作.3.2 All departments: In charge provide tools of training course which based on training of Human Resource proposal. 3.3 受訓記錄,考評結果由人事單位保存.3.3 Human Resource in charge keeps the training record & examination data. 四.定 議:4. Working content:6.1訓練之規劃:6.1. Training proposal:6.1.1人事單位在每年年底將發放給各部門,各權責單位主管負責完成調查工作,並將調查結果送至人事,人事單位根據各部門提報之擬定下一年度的,呈管理代表核准後,作為下一年度教育訓練執行的依據.未經管理代表批准同意,年度教育訓練計劃不可以取消或更改,每月初人事單位負責將上月度教育訓練執行狀況和本月度之通知各單位進行,管理部需確保每年員工工安、環保教育平均時數達2小時/人.6.1.1 Human resource will information all departments to fill “The year plan of training course requirement list” in end of each year. Human Resource accords to each departments “The year plan of training course requirement list” to arrange the training plan next year, and then report to top manager for review and do agreement. The training plan will be execution foundation in next year. It have to be agreed by top manager if there is any training plan changed or cancelled. In begin of each month; the Human Resource will inform relative departments about the execution status of training course last month and “training course plan” this month. The Administration should make sure the average training time over 2 hours in industrial safety & environmentalism courses.6.1.2各級主管須確保部屬對其所負責之業務皆受過良好訓練,部屬之工作技能符合崗位作業要求,若認為有不足若須專業支援而臨時對員工進行培訓 (指另外增加並不在“_年度教育訓練計劃”之內訓 ), 或者外部培訓 ( 無論是否在“_年度教育訓練計劃表”內),均須填寫“教育訓練申請表”,經申請單位主管和管理部主管核准後,送人事單位辦理.6.1.2 All departments leaders have to make sure colleagues had been trained in their working field and their skill matched with working requirement. If there is any extra requirement, we have to provide the training in support department. The teach materials have to be approved by authority.6.2.4 公司內之訓練實施時,上課人員須在上簽到;培訓結束後講師應依據所授課程之內容來確定對上課人員進行考核的方式和權重.6.2.4 The colleagues must sign on the “Training Course Record”. The teacher should audit the colleagues learning status.6.2.5 針對缺席未能參加的人員:缺席者需在“教育訓練記錄表”上注明缺席原因並在十五天內對缺席者實施教育訓練.6.2.5 The absentee have to write down the absent reason on “training Course Record” and then they must be re-training during 15 days.6.3資格認定:6.3 Certificate:6.3.1 驗證人員(設計審查與驗證人員、檢驗、內稽、儀校等):6.3.1 The verifiers included Design review and testing, inspection, audit or calibration.6.3.1.1 原則上為高中以上學歷(含中專)並有相關的專業培訓證明.6.3.1.1 Graduated to high school or higher, also have relative specialized training license.6.3.1.2 若屬無經驗者或程度未達高中學歷者, 需實施相關的在職訓練, 且經權責單位主管認定合格者始得擔任.6.3.1.2 If the member cant match with item 6.3.1.1 condition, we have to provide the on-the-job-training, and approved by departments leader. 6.3.1.3內訓講師資格認定:由人事依據年度培訓需求調查計劃編制合格講師名冊,經廠主管批準后方可擔任公司內訓講師. 6.3.1.3 the standard of lecturer: the human resource examine and clear up a file of the name for the lecturer but it must be confirmed by the director.6.3.2 特定人員:(包括: 電工、司機、檢修人員等) 6.3.2 Technician included electrician, driver & repairer.本程序為佳必其公司所有,非經同意請勿複印或抄襲.This procedure belongs to Jess-Link CO., LTD, only if agreed not to copy or plagiarized.東 莞 厚 街 溪 頭 佳 必 其 電 子 廠DongGuan XiTou Jess-Link Holding Co.,LTD.文件編號: MP-AD-002FILE NO.: MP-AD-002版 次: EREV.:E人 力 資 源 管 理 作 業 程 序Human resource management working procedure分 頁 次: 5/9SH,T NO.: 5/96.3.2.1有專業訓練之証明者.6.3.2.1 Possess Specialty License.6.3.2.2經公司內部訓練合格者.6.3.2.2 Passed internal training course.6.3.3 管理人員:(班長以上人員均屬之)6.3.3 Manager & leader: (also included line leader)6.3.3.1原則上為高中以上學歷或相當於高中文化程度者擔任.6.3.3.1 Graduated to high school or higher, also have relative specialized training license.6.3.3.2若屬無經驗者或程度未達高中學歷者,需實施相關在職訓練,並經權責單位主管認定合格者始得擔任.6.3.3.2 If the member cant match with item 6.3.1.1 condition, we have to provide the on-the-job-training, and approved by departments leader.6.3.4 考核方式:人員培訓結束後,考核方式分為問卷調查/心得報告/現場反饋/試題考核.受訓部門對於沒有及時上課或考核不合格之人員應在15天之內安排對其進行補考.筆試均以70分(含)為合格;69分以下者需再進行培訓,再考核合格錄用,凡公司內部教育訓練總分在70分(含)以上者, 由授課講師簽名(或蓋章)審核並經權責單位主管確認,始得承認其資格.6.3.4 Examination: The trainee have to pass the examination included inquire , report, feedback, testing. The absentee have to write down the absent reason on “training Course Record”, and then they must be re-training during 15 days. The examination score have to over 70 which is passed, The trainee has to be re-training if the examination scores less than 70. The approved by teacher and review by departments leader. 6.3.5凡經公司外之教育訓練,則須取得下列各項其中之一項証明或資料方可承認其資格.6.3.5 There is one of the below licenses for approval of external training course. 6.3.5.1修完相關課程之証明.6.3.5.1 To get the license of accomplish learning.6.3.5.2經授課講師考核並取得合格的成績.6.3.5.2 Passed the teacher examination. 本程序為佳必其公司所有,非經同意請勿複印或抄襲.This procedure belongs to Jess-Link CO., LTD, only if agreed not to copy or plagiarized.東 莞 厚 街 溪 頭 佳 必 其 電 子 廠DongGuan XiTou Jess-Link Holding Co.,LTD.文件編號: MP-AD-002FILE NO.: MP-AD-002版 次: EREV.: E人 力 資 源 管 理 作 業 程 序Human resource management working procedure分 頁 次: 6/9SH,T NO.: 6/96.3.6 凡公司內部有工作職位異動之人員應透過溝通、訓練,以確保人員認知或技能符合其所擔負的崗位作業之要求,並經權責單位主管認定合格者方可正式任用.6.3.6 Regarding to member transferring, the member has to pass the specialty examination, also approved by departments leader. 6.3.7管理部人事單位應維持適當的教育、訓練、技能和經驗的記錄.6.3.7 Human Resource in charge maintains the learning, training, skill & experience record.6.3.8各項資格認定合格人員之經歷人事單位須登錄於並存檔備查.6.3.8 Human Resource has to record “Experience Card” and filing for all of the qualifiers.6.3.9 制造/品管/工程等與品質運營和保證之相關職位人員, 必須按 要求進行培訓.培訓結果OK後列入技能卡中,考核OK項目在六個月後須再做考核確認.6.3.9 The members who are MFG, QA,ENG and work field are relative to quality system and assurance, their training have to follow the requirement of ” Specialty Training Course rule”. The training result was passed then record in shill card. They will be re-examination after 6 months.6.3.10 對於直接員工中設定為實際操作之訓練項目,由生產線領班直接考核和IPQC確認OK後,即可登入該員工之6.3.10 Regarding to operators training course of operation, their approval by line leader and IPQC, and then record in “skill card”6.3.11制造部從事實際操作之直接員工, 必須取得該項之技能之考核後方可上崗,考核體現於技能卡之登記, 其所屬領班和IPQC需確保此項工作實施.6.3.11 The MFG technician in production line who have to pass the technical examination and record in “skill card”. Their approval by line leader and IPQC.6.3.12制造新培訓員工/轉崗員工之一般作業實際上線培訓方式為:為期三天,由老員工/領班現場培訓,若其作業符合要求能跟上IE評估之標準工時/跟上生產線流線速度,經IPQC確認其作業品質符合公司要求且為穩定狀態, 視為合格. (技術作業以為主) 6.3.12 Regarding to the on line training for new trainee & support members, the training period is 3 days. The expert or line leader take care the training on line, the certified criteria are the working time keep up with the standard working time.
