Unit 3 Im more outgoing than my sister. Section A (1a-2d)教学目标1、知识目标:在本节课学完时,同学们将能够看着汉语句子比较熟练地口译成英语句子,从口译过程中掌握汉语和英语表达之间的不同之处,并初步了解比较级的用法。2、能力目标:培养同学们的口头表达能力、口译能力和写作能力。3、情感文化目标:培养同学们口译英语学习法的自信心与兴趣,自学与合作精神,增强师生、生生间的相互了解和沟通。教育同学们天生我才必有用,人人都有长处,善于挖掘自身优势,努力成为社会有用人才。学情分析 1.谈论人物个性特征是同学们极其喜欢的话题,喜欢在某些方面相互比较,善于运用“更,更加,比., 与. 一样”等汉语概念。用going out 演变成outgoing,各造一个句子,逐渐扩展,再用“性格外向”一词让学生自由交谈,,给他们创造一个用英语表达的机会,同时也导入新课。2.用PPT中汉语提示,要求同学们进行用英语作口译表达,他们将更加感兴趣。3.借助本单元学习将同学们的关注点由语言结构转向意义表述,并通过以意义为中心的口译活动进一步巩固目标语言结构。重点难点(1)通过听说,同学们初步了解形容词和副词比较级的概念及用法。(2)拓展同学们相关的形容词及副词词汇;理解比较级所表达的含义。(3)训练同学们比较级句型的运用及培养他们的语言结构意识。教学过程Section A(1a2d)教学活动Step 1 【导入】Unit 3Section A Imitate to speakAsk two boys to stand up. Let the other students to describe them, find the differences between them. Such as: A is tall, B is short. And let the students make sentences with “than”.A is taller than B. B is shorter than A.According to the two sentences, let the class imitate to speak some sentences by the words in 1a such as long hair, short hair, heavy, thin, loudly and quietly.Step 2 【预习】Unit 3SectionA1a -2d Read and find the new languageDuring the process of reading, find the puzzles and learn with your partners, either discuss the questions in a group or look them up in dictionaries, make sure the class can all understand them. Write down the sentences with the comparative in their homework.Such as more outgoing than, longer hair than, better than, more loudly than,as hard as, taller than, more clearly than.Step 3 【口译】Unit3SectionATalk about the picture.Practice the conversation.(close books)Let the students interpret the conversation in the PPT.那是Sam吗? 不,那是Tom。 Sam 比Tom头发长。Sam 和Tom都会打鼓,可是Sam 比 Tom打鼓打得好。Is that Sam?
