附录Addenda 1目的Purpose 为保证机组长期安全经济运行 在启动试运阶段必须对机组的水汽品质进行严格的化学监督 To ensure a long term of safe and economical operation of unit chemical supervision must be strictly conducted to the water and steam quality during starting up and trial operation of unit 2调试范围Commissioning scope 全热力系统的水 汽监督 取样加药系统机械部分的调试和投入 配合热控投入自动控制系统 Water and steam supervision for thermal power system including water flushing silicon purge operation commissioning and put into of the mechanical part in sampling and dosing system and take part in work of the automatic control system of sampling and dosing system of unit 3调试前应具备的条件Conditions satisfied before the commission 3 1对土建施工的要求Requirements for civil engineering 3 1 1水汽取样间 化验间 地坪 上下水 门窗 通风照明 内部粉刷 油漆等项工作按设计要求施工完毕 Complete the construction of ground water supply and discharge doors and windows vent and lighting internal whitewash and painting of water and steam sample room 3 1 2所有需要防腐的混凝土构筑物 地面 沟道 墙壁等按设计要求施工完毕 沟道清扫干净并盖好沟盖板 Complete the construction of ground ditches and walls of all the concrete structure requiring anti corrosion as per the requirement of design The ditches shall be cleaned up well and covered with the slab ready 3 1 3防腐完毕的中和池其质量应符合 火电施工质量检验及评定标准 水处理及制氢装置篇 以后简称 验标 水 54号要求 灌水试验要求24小时无渗漏 The quality of the neutralization pond which has been finished with corrosion resistance should be conformed to the relative regulations There should be no leakage in filling water test for 24 hours 3 1 4化验间的试验平台施工完毕 上下水设施和电源插座齐全 化验间具备使用条件 Complete the construction of test platform in the laboratory test room complete water supply and discharge facilities as well as power sockets the laboratory test room is satisfied the conditions for using 3 2对安装施工的要求Requirements for erection 3 2 1取样架上的取样管 阀门 仪表安装无毕检查无误并校验合格 The installation of the sampling tubes valves and instruments on the cooling rack and sampling rack have been finished according to the drawings checked and adjusted to be qualified 3 2 2加药泵试转完毕 Trials running of the dosing pumps have been finished 3 2 3按设计规定完成所有设备保温和油漆工作 Thermal insulation and painting of the entire equipment has been finished according to the requirements of the design 3 2 4通讯设施按设计要求安装完毕 fault occurred in time 3 3对电厂生产准备的要求Requirements to the preparation of plant operation 3 3 1参加试运工作的值班员应经培训考试合格 明了中压凝结水处理设备的特性 并能胜任本职工作 The operator on duty taking part in the trial operation should be subject to training and examination to be qualified and competent to his work 3 3 2试运操作人员应具备熟练操作技能 试运操作记录要及时准确无漏项 The operator of trial operation should be skillful in operation The trial operation record should be on time and correct without omission 3 3 3化验分析仪器 仪表 药品 运行规程及记录报表准备齐全 化验间 操作间的桌椅备齐 Preparations of the analytic instrument device chemicals operational regulation and recording forms for laboratory test are complete The laboratory test room and operation room is appropriately equipped with desks and chairs 3 3 4按有关规定完成对设备 阀门上的命名编号 管道上的走向标记也应同时完成 并备好各种运行状况的标志牌 The equipment and valves have been labeled and marked the direction of fluid All the tag plate for various operations should be in good preparation 3 3 5值班室应悬挂全厂热力系统图 There should be thermal power system diagram in the duty room 4调试步骤Conditions methods and steps 4 1中低压给水系统的冷态冲洗 Water flushing of medium and low pressure feed water systems 4 1 1冲洗前应首先对凝结水补充水箱 凝汽器热井 给水箱进行彻底的人工清理 然后进行除盐水冲洗 Manpower cleaning should be first conducted thoroughly for the condensate storage tank and condenser hot well prior to the flushing and then flush with de mineralized water 上水方式 主厂房化学除盐水母管来水 凝结水补充水箱 补充水泵 凝汽器热井 凝结水泵 低加 除氧器 直到水中铁 200 g L 硅 200 g L 参考值 硬度 10 mol L 参考值 该系统冲洗合格 During the flushing of condensate system it should discharge the water completely and then fill water again to flush until the iron 200 g L and silicon 200 g L reference value and hardness 10 mol L reference value The system is qualified for flushing 4 1 2在冲洗时应在凝结水出口加胺 控制冲洗水的pH 9 0 9 5 Amine should be dosed at the outlet of condensate pump during the flushing to control the pH of the flushing water is between 9 0 9 5 4 2高加及锅炉本体的冷态冲洗Cold flushing of HP heaters and boiler 4 2 1凝结水系统冲洗合格后 进行锅炉本体的冲洗 The flushing of HP heaters and boiler should be conducted after a qualified flushing of the condensate system 冲洗流程如下Flow sequence of flushing 给水箱 给水泵 高压加热器 省煤器 汽包 水冷壁 放水管 定排扩容器 地沟 Deaerator feed water pump HP heaters economizer Drum water wall blowdown pipe of boiler periodic blown down flash tank trench 以正常上水方式启动给水泵 给锅炉上水 上水至汽包高水位后 停止上水 开锅炉底部放水进行整炉放水 如此反复进行几次后 转为从锅炉疏放水管及排污放水 连续冲洗至炉水含铁量小于200 g L 锅炉冷态冲洗结束 Start the feed water pump by a normal way and supply water to the boiler Discharge the water from blowdown pipe of boiler Flush the boiler until the content of iron is less than 200 g L in the boiler water The flush of boiler is qualified 注 如果炉水较脏 要考虑整炉换水 连续冲洗与整炉放水相结合 Note If the boiler water is very dirty may discharge the water completely and then fill water again to flush system 4 2 2同时投入给水加胺设备 控制冲洗水pH为9 0 9 5 Amine also should be dosed at the outlet of condensate pump during the flush of the boiler to control the pH of the flush water is between 9 0 9 5 4 3锅炉的热态冲洗Hot flushing of boiler 锅炉的热态冲洗指点火后的冲洗 锅炉点火前应具备的条件是 The hot flush of boiler shall be conducted after ignition The conditions should be satisfied before the boiler ignition 取样架及水 汽各点的取样器 冷却器能正常投入运行 取样疏排水处于正常状态 The sampling rack and sampler and cooler in each water or steam point could be put into operation normally The water drainage and discharge of sampling should be in a normal condition 炉水磷酸盐加药系统冲洗 分部试运完毕 并能投入正常运行 准备1000Kg磷酸三钠 Boiler water phosphate dosing system is flushed for which trial operation has been finished and could be put into operation normally 1000Kg Na3PO4 should be prepared well 取样架上能够进行手动取样 并对取样管道进行冲洗 Manual sampling can be conducted on the sampling rack Flush the sampling pipe 4 3 1点火后启动加药系统 给汽包内加入磷酸盐 控制磷酸盐的浓度为2 10mg L 开锅炉连排 至炉水取样铁含量小于200 g L 二氧化硅 200 g L 参考值 硬度 10 mol L 参考值 时 热态冲洗结束 在热态冲洗过程中 同时要监督除氧器出口 和凝结水的铁 二氧化硅和pH Start the dosing system after ignition and dose phosphate to the drum to control the concentration of the phosphate between 2 and 10mg L Open the continuous and periodic blown down and the hot flushing should be finished until the content of iron is less than 200 g L that of SiO2 is 200 g L reference value and hardness 10 mol L reference value in the sample water In the course of hot flush the iron SiO2 and pH at Deaerator outlet and in Condensate should also be supervised 4 3 2热态冲洗过程中控制给水的pH 9 0 9 5联氨100 150 g L Control the pH between 9 0 9 5 and the hydrazine between 100 150 g L of feed water during the hot flushing 4 4蒸汽吹管期间的汽水品质监督 Supervision of water and steam during boiler steam blowing 4 4 1锅炉吹管阶段除氧器只能投入低压运行 所以应控制给水的联氨加药量为100 150 g L 同时要加胺控制pH 9 9 5 The Deaerator could only be put into low pressure operation during boiler steam blowing of boiler As a result the hydrazine added to the feed water should be control between 100 150 g L Add the amine to control the pH between 9 9 5 at the same time 4 4 2炉内采用磷酸盐处理方式 炉水磷酸盐浓度控制在2 10mg L The way of phosphate treatment is applied inside the boiler and the concentration of phosphate in boiler water should be controlled between 2 10mg L 4 4 3在此阶段的整个过程中 应尽量提高除氧器运行参数 以减少给水中的溶解氧 降低热力系统的腐蚀 During the whole process of this period the operational parameters should be raised as high as possible to reduce the dissolved oxygen in the water and corrosion of thermal cycle system 4 4 4加强锅炉连续排污 在运行条件允许的条件下进行定期排污 尽量在吹管阶段净化部分热力系统 Strengthen the continuous blow down of the boiler Conduct the periodic blown down in case the operational condition permitted Take efforts to clean part of the thermal power system in the stage of steam blow out 4 4 5每次吹管前后应检查炉水外观和含铁量 当炉水含铁量大于3000 g L时或炉水混浊时 应在吹管间歇期间以带压热炉放水方式进行整炉放水 降低其含铁量 The appearance and content of iron of the boiler water should be checked before and after each boiler steam blowing The whole boiler water discharging should be conducted by means of hot boiler water discharging with pressure at the interval of blowing pipe to reduce the content of iron when it is more than 3000 g L in the boiler water or the color of boiler water is dark 4 4 6吹管阶段 除炉水 给水 主汽手动取样外 取样架上其它取样门均应关闭 Except the manual sampling of boiler water feed water and main steam all other sampling valve should be closed in the stage of steam blowing 4 4 7每次取样前 都要打开取样排污门冲洗3分钟 然后再取样 The sampling blow down valve should be opened and flushed for three minutes before each time of sampling and then make samples 4 4 8锅炉吹管后 应将凝汽器热井和除氧器箱内的水放尽 并仔细清扫容器内的铁锈和杂物 Discharge the water in Condensater hot well and feed water tank until empty and clean the iron rust and impurities after the completion of boiler steam blowing 4 4 9吹管结束后 根据锅炉运行规程的要求 进行热炉放水 恢复系统时 应根据现场条件许可对锅炉进行干法或湿法保护 When the steam blowing completed conduct the water discharging of hot condition as the pressure in the drum coming down to 0 6 0 8Mpa Conduct the dry or wet preservation for the boiler based on site conditions during the system is normalized 4 5整套启动时的水汽监督 Water and steam supervision in the course of turbine generator starting up 机组启动前以下条件必须被满足 Conditions should be satisfied before the units starting up 4 5 1取样架上所有分析仪表能够投入正常运行 温度自动调整正常投入 导电度表前需加的阳树脂全部加好 所有监督仪表及记录仪表能投入运行 Any analytic instrument on the sampling rack could be put into normal operation The temperature protection device could be put into normal operation All the cation resin required before the conductivity analyzer should be added well Any supervising instrument and recording instrument could be put into operation 4 5 2除氧器能投入正常运行 The Deaerator could be put into operation 4 5 3热力系统和锅炉必须在冲洗合格时 才允许机组整套启动 The boiler and turbine generator shall be permitted to start up when the flushing of boiler and steam sampling are qualified 4 5 4整套启动期间应对给水蒸汽及凝结水进行严格的质量监督 在机组并网前不合格的凝结水不能进行回收 经凝结水系统的临时排放管将凝结水排放掉 由补充水泵补水至除氧器 当凝结水含铁量 1000 g L时 可以进入精处理进行回收 During the normal starting up of unit the feed water steam and condensate water should be supervised strictly The unqualified condensate water that concentration iron more than 1000 g L should not be recovered It should be discharged out plant and then make up the DM water to Deaerator via condensate transfer pump 4 5 5高加汽侧投运前要冲洗24小时以上 The steam side of high pressure heaters should be flushed with 24 hours 4 5 6低加和高加水侧应视条件许可尽早投运 投运后应加强锅炉排污 The water side of the low pressure heaters and high pressure heaters should be put into operation during the period of filling water for the boiler The boiler blown down should be strengthened after it is put into operation 4 5 7整套试运期间正常情况下视炉水水质连排的开度为30 70 During normal start up of unit the stroke of continuous blown down valves is 30 70 as per boiler water quality The periodic blow down should be opened for every 4 hours 4 5 8高低加疏水以不影响给水质量为条件进行回收 Heaters drain water could be recovered when its quality is qualified 4 5 9整个试运阶段应经常打开取样排污门 对取样管进行冲洗 The sampling pipe should be flushed after every sampling via opening the blown down valve of every sampling pipe 4 5 10取样架上仪表的投入前应将恒温装置全部调试好 待负荷稳定再投入监督仪表 Constant temperature equipment should be available before analysis instrument can be put into operation when load is stabilization 4 6洗硅运行Silicon purge operation 4 6 1在洗硅运行初期 由于凝结水不能回收 所以补给水系统仍然为 补给水箱 补给水泵 除氧器 但这时除氧器已经投运 所以控制联氨加药量为30 50 g L 同时给水加胺调节pH 9 0 9 5 加药点为除氧器下降管 但是当凝结水合格回收后 应立即改变补给水流程为 补给水箱 补给水泵 凝汽器 并且投入凝结水加氨系统 调节凝结水的pH 9 0 9 5 The chemical supervision method in the stage of silicon purge operation Carry out the silicon purge operation after the operational conditions of the unit is steady If condensate water is not recovery the make up water system should be condensate storage tank CTP Deaerator Because since the Deaerator has been put into operation at that time the hydrazine should be controlled between 30 and 50 g L and the amine should be adding to adjust the pH of feed water between 9 0 and 9 5 for which the dosing point is the outlet water of Deaerator If condensate water is recovery the flow of make up water should be changed to condensate storage tank CTP condenser Meanwhile the ammonia should be added at the outlet of the CEP and pH should be controlled between 9 0 9 5 4 6 2洗硅初期和中期 在该阶段 炉水磷酸盐和二氧化硅的最大浓度在不同压力等级 可以取不同的值 In the initial and intermediate stages of silicon purge the maximum concentration of phosphate and SiO2 in the boiler water may vary with the different pressure level The relation between the maximum concentration of SiO2 in the boiler water and the boiler pressure is showed in the addendum 4 Operation diagram of silicon purge 炉水磷酸根的控制浓度与锅炉压力的关系可以取以下数值 The values below can be adopted for the relation between the concentration of phosphate in the boiler water and the boiler pressure to be controlled 锅炉压力 MPa 炉水磷酸根浓度 mg L Boiler pressure Concentration of phosphate in boiler water 10 2 7 13 1 6 15 0 5 4 18 0 3 3 4 6 3每个压力等级的开始阶段 磷酸根浓度可以取其上限值 但在后期向下一个等级进行前 磷酸根浓度不能超过下一个压力等级的上限值 In the beginning stage of each pressure level the upper limited value of phosphate can be adopted But in the end stage and before proceeding to the next level the concentration of phosphate should not exceed the upper limited value of the next pressure level 4 6 4炉水二氧化硅如果不能保持在限制值内时 应降压运行 If the concentration of SiO2 could not be maintained within the limited value the boiler pressure should be reduced 4 6 5当炉水中二氧化硅达到下一压力等级二氧化硅限制值时 锅炉才能升压 升压后蒸汽二氧化硅要合格 否则也应降压运行 洗硅运行期间蒸汽二氧化硅应控制在不大于60 g kg The boiler pressure can be increased only when the concentration of SiO2 has reached the limited value of that for the next pressure level After the boiler pressure rose up the SiO2 in the steam should be qualified Otherwise the pressure should be reduced again The SiO2 in the steam should be controlled to be not more than 60 g kg during the silicon purge operation 4 6 6凝结水硬度达到2 5 mol L以下和含铁量小于1000 g l时 即可进行回收 测定含硅量作为参考 The condensate water can be recovered measuring the content of silicon as the reference when the hardness is less than 2 5 mol L and the content of iron is less than 1000 g L 4 6 7高低加疏水以不影响给水质量为条件进行回收 The drain water of high and low pressure heaters can be recovered when the quality of feed water will not be affected 4 6 8锅炉压力向额定压力过渡并且炉水无硬度时 应开始采用低磷酸盐处理方式 洗硅运行阶段应加强锅炉连续排污 如有条件 可以进行整炉换水 尽量加快系统净化 Low phosphate method should be applied in case the boiler pressure to be raised to the rated pressure and there is no hardness in the boiler water The continuous blown down of boiler should be strengthened in the stage of silicon purge Changing the water in whole thermal cycle system can be adopted to speed up the cleaning of the system if possible 4 6 9整个试运阶段应经常打开取样排污门 对取样管进行冲洗 The sampling blow down valves should be opened frequently to flush the sampling pipe during the whole period of trial operation 4 6 10取样架上仪表的投入前应将恒温装置全部调试好 待负荷稳定再投入监督仪表 Commissioning the entire constant temperature equipment well prior to the putting into operation of instrument on the sampling rack Put the supervising instrument into operation when the load is steady 5安全注意事项Safety precaution 5 1严格根据仪表制造厂家的要求投入取样冷却装置 Put the cooling rack and sampling rack into operation according to the instruction of manufacturer strictly 5 2应逐根冲洗取样管 不应同时冲洗两根以上 The sampling pipes should be flushed one by one Two or more sampling piped to be flushed simultaneously is not permitted 5 3设定好的加药泵安全阀的位置不容许改变 It is not permitted to change the fixed value of safety valve of the dosing pump at will 5 4取样架的冷却水要确保通畅 以免损坏仪表 Ensure the supply of the cooling water for the sampling rack and prevent the chemical analytic instrument from damage 5 5试运期间要加强对设备的巡视 以确保及时发现和处理问题 Strengthen the inspection of equipment during the trial operation and dispose the problems in time if found 5 6在运行期间 应做好设备间的通风 The ventilating equipment should be started up during the operation 5 7准备必要的急救药品 防止由于接触化学药品造成伤害 The first aid box which is prevented the chemicals to be harmful human body from injury should be prepared well 注 本措施部分条款可根据实际情况 加以修改 Note Some
