Step4: Ss review sentences, paying special attention to the italicized parts concerning uncertaintyTask 2 Handling FilesObjective: Ss can talk about how to handle paper-based filesProcedures: Step1: Ss discuss with their partner and work out the names and functions of the following objects. Step2: Ss listen to a conversation between Bill and Alice and tick the correct answer to each question Step3: Ss listen to the conversation again and answer the questions.Watching 1Task 1 Operation Equipment Objective:Ss can give/understand instructions for operating office equipment.Procedures: Step1: Warming-up Match different parts of a fax machine with their names by putting the correct letter on each blank. Step2: Ss watch a video clip about how to operate a fax machine and put the steps into the right order. Step3: Ss watch a video clip again and decide whether the statements are true or false. Then write down the key words to support the answer.
