健康的生活方式(Healthy Life Style)The definition of “Healthy Life Style” include a positive living attitude towards life, eating a balanced diet, exercises regularly, which is three to five times a week with at least thirty to forty-five minutes per session. Regular social interactions and regular physical check-up. I would like to add on enrichment personal knowledge in the list.All of us are very busy every day. Students are facing a piling up of home works and assignments. Blue collars and white collars rush to working places and offices. Traffic jammed, unsolved problems, frustrations, new challenges. Stress became the first thing in the morning. We have forgotten our own needs as human being, until the alarm of our biologic clocks been trigger off. We finally realize that we should have done a little more for ourselves earlier. Because we have ignored what our body tells us, so we paid a higher price.Hi, JamesThank you for your letter dated March 15th and Im glad that you are doing pretty well in everyting except that you are too busy and youd like me to say something about healthy life.Well, I think healthy and happy life starts with eating which should be healthy and happy too. First of all, try to get more pleasure from eating. Stay away from junk food. Try the simple, easy, nice and healthy food. If possible, try some different styles of food. Love what you eat and make it simple, tasty and healthy.Im sure you know that enough sleep is important. So make strict schedules to guarantee your sleep time. Lack of sleep may result in serious health problems. So just relax and plan well and go to bed on time.Last but not the least, take sports into your life. Choose a sport or anything you like and stick to it. Its better to find some friends of the same interest so that you can go together and share your experiences. I now play badminton twice a week with my friends. It is great fun. We play in a big badminton court. You make new friends there too while you play sports.To conclude, we all need to eat, sleep and play well to lead a healthy life. And I think we also need to learn to live a simple, easy and slow life.Hope what Ive said can be some help to you and look forward to hearing from you soon.我的健康生活方式人生最大的财富是什么?是钱财还是身体健康? 只有失去的才知道要珍惜,当你失去健康的时候,才知道它的重要;生命对于人只有一次,当你失去了生命,再多的财富对你都是毫无用途的废物。健康是人生最大的财富,你失去健康,就失去了人生的许多乐趣。 既然财富可遇而不可求;那么就让我们去追求人人都可以公平取得的健康财富吧。 想拥有健康最主要是要有健康的生活方式。那么我的健康生活方式呢是什么呢? 第一是科学合理饮食习惯。 克制自己少吃肉或不吃肉,多吃菜。因为蛋白质不能摄取太多,尤其是坐办公室或不从事体力劳动的人。人体内大部分饱和脂肪来自动物肉,饱和脂肪是诱发心脏病的杀手,它能提高血液的低密度值,增加血液黏稠度;血液黏稠度增加,心脏负担过重,显著增加心脏病的发病率;当血液被堵在血管中无法到达心脏时,心脏病就会发作,当血液无法到达脑部时,就会发生中风;血液黏稠度增加血液就无法到达末梢神经,加快皮肤老化。现在我们的小学生已有肥胖症,中学生已有脂肪肝,最近有资料统计说大约30的人有脂肪肝。 人们谈癌症色变。其实很多癌症都是自己不恰当的生活方式产生的后遗症。 我基本不吃肉,注意粗粮搭配,不吃咸菜。平时吃饭只吃七八分饱,坚持早餐喝牛奶。这些饮食规律是从自己身体健康状况和直系家族遗传病例情况相结合,和医生仔细讨论后的制定的饮食措施,与安可说的素食主义毫无关系。 第二是适度运动和生活有规律 我们都知道生命在于运动,运动不但能加速血液循环,大量运动时,人体产生并排除大量汗水,能有效地促进人体毒素的排除。正常成人每周最少出大汗两次才能有效防止人体毒素在体内沉淀。可是,现代人沉醉于舒适的生活,可以通宵达旦打麻将、上网、玩游戏,却把愿抽出时间锻炼身体。于是,现在的各种疾病发病率居高不下,糖尿病、高血脂、腰锥尖盘突出症等发病率逐年上生,发病年龄逐年下降。 我生活比较有规律,一般每周运动三次,主要运动项目是打羽毛球、游泳、爬山。没有条件运动的人也可以通过洗桑拿达到出汗的目的,但有心血管和心脏疾病的人洗桑拿要谨慎。在干蒸室内呆的时间不能太长,一旦发现呼吸急促要立即离开干蒸室。 我每天一边吃中午饭一边看百家讲坛,看完后睡午觉,吃晚饭后坚持散步。My healthy lifestyleThe greatest wealth is what?
