盘锦精细化工园区产业链规划Programme for Panjin Fine Chemical Industry Park Industry Chain一、 以乙烯为源头的产业链项目1, Project of ethylene source industry chain 1、乙烯 环氧乙烷 乙二醇 聚酯产业链（环氧乙烷产业链）Ethylene Ethylene oxide Ethylene glycol Polyester industry chain (Ethylene oxide industry chain )目前园区内奥克环氧乙烷下游产品为减水剂（聚羧酸混凝土减水剂），单晶硅切割液（聚乙二醇）。At present, the OXIRANCHEM ethylene oxide derivative products within the park area are kinds of water-reducing agent (Polycarboxylate-type Slushing Agent for Concrete), and single crystal silicon cutting fluid (Polyethylene glycol)预计2013年世界环氧乙烷生产能力将达到2808万吨/年左右，20082013年间产能年均增长率5.8%；2018年世界环氧乙烷生产能力将达到3099万吨/年，20132018年间产能年均增长率2.1%。It estimated that the worlds productive capacity of ethylene oxide will reach 28,080,000 tons/year approximately in 2013. From 2008 to 2013, the rate of annual average growth is 5.8%; In 2018, the production capacity will reach 30,990,000 tons/year, the rate of annual average growth of 20082013 shall be 2.1%.随着我国聚酯以及表面活性剂等领域的快速发展，对环氧乙烷的需求量将不断增加，而目前的产量不能满足市场需求，因而有许多厂家计划建设规模化的EO/EG（环氧乙烷/乙二醇）生产装置。实际上，部分EO/EG装置目前正在或准备进行EO增量改造。在国内，大约 75%的环氧乙烷用作生产乙二醇，一般为环氧乙烷乙二醇联产；剩下 25%用于商品环氧乙烷生产非离子表面活性剂、聚醚/聚乙二醇、乙醇胺、胆碱和医药中间体等。由于环氧乙烷不适合长途运输，在国内各个地区之间仍然会存在供应不平衡状况。With rapid development of polyester field and surfactants industry of our nation, there is a continuous demand for ethylene oxide. However, the actual output cannot satisfy the market demand, therefore, so many manufacturers are planning to build large-scale EO/EG (ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol) production equipments. In practice, parts of EO/EG units are in the process of EO incremental modification. According to data we have, about 75% ethylene oxide are used for producing ethylene glycol interiorly with the form of ethylene oxide and ethylene glycol co-production generally; the rest 25% are utilized as commercial ethylene oxide to produce anionic surfactants, polyether/polyethylene glycol, ethanolamine, choline and pharmaceuticalintermediates etc. Because of the ethylene oxide is not suitable for the long-distances transportations, the supplyimbalanceis found among the various domestic regions.因此，盘锦精细化工产业园区在环氧乙烷扩产的基础上，延伸下游产品，例如联产乙二醇，进而与华锦芳烃资源对二甲苯配合，还可考虑引进PX（对二甲苯）项目，生产PTA（对苯二甲酸酯），最终产出聚酯PBTPET，用于涤纶纤维，聚酯瓶、膜。引入胆碱和医药中间体企业等。Therefore, on the basis of ethylene oxide production increases in Panjin fine chemical industry park, the derivative products shall be extended, such as co-generation of ethylene glycol, then can be combined with para-xylene, one of the aromatics produced by Huajin Chemical Group; what is more, consider introducing PX (para-xylene) project, goal to produce PTA（polyethylene terephthalate）, and then we can finally get polyester PBT/PET, which can be used in the processing of Polyesterfibers, PET bottle and membrane; introducing some fabricant of choline and pharmaceuticalintermediates could be a applicative way too.2、 以醋酸为龙头向下游醋酸乙烯、醋酸酯、醋酐等产品延伸发展的产品链。目前园区内没有醋酸生产企业，但周边采购比较便利。Ethylene source industry chain with derivative products such as vinyl acetate, acetate and acetic anhydride etc shall be developed.
