盐城师范学院外国语学院毕业论文文本表述规范为了提高毕业论文教学工作的规范化水平，需要对毕业论文的文本表述细节做出统一规定，特制订本规范。详见毕业论文格式模板。1、幅面毕业论文成果资料的文本，一律用A4幅面纸张。2、封面与装订毕业论文材料的封面上的课题名称必须和内页、任务书上的课题名称完全一致。封面上还应当有以下信息：专业、学生姓名、班级、学号、指导教师姓名、完成年月等。毕业论文的装订顺序规定依次为：封面、论文独创声明、致谢、英文摘要、中文摘要、目录、正文、参考文献、附录。3、标题层次 毕业论文全部标题层次，应有条不紊、整齐清晰。相同的层次应采用统一的表示体例（相同的字体、字号、大小写等）。各级（层次）标题下的内容应同各自的标题对应，不应有与标题无关的内容。4、书写与排版毕业论文文本资料，一般要求打印，正文中的任何部分不得写到纸的页边距空白以内（页边距：上、下各2.5厘米，左、右各2.8厘米，允许作适当调整）。汉字必须使用国家公布的规范字。字体、字号及排版规定（参见下面模板）。 5、标点符号毕业论文 (设计) 成果资料中的标点符号，应按新闻出版署公布的“标点符号用法”使用。英文标点符号后需空一格。 6、引文与参考文献引文如使用夹注，格式为：（英文作者姓或汉语作者姓名, 出版年: 页码）。如果转引自其他文献，则标示为：(quoted in/from 英文作者姓或汉语作者姓名, 出版年: 页码)。参考文献如果是期刊论文的，不需给出页码。参考文献是作者写作时所参考的文献书目，一般集中列表于文末，参考文献序号用方括号标注。7、名词术语使用外文缩写代替某一名词术语时，首次出现时应在括号内注明其含义。8、数字中文摘要中，在叙述不很大的数目时，一般不用阿拉伯数字，如“他发现两颗小行星”、“三力作用于一点”，不宜写成“他发现2颗小行星”、“3力作用于1点”。大的数字可以用中文数字，也可以用阿拉伯数字，如“约一百五十人”，也可写成“约150人”。9、表格每个表格应有自己的表序号和表题，表序号和表题应写在表格上方正中，表序号的后面空一个字符书写表题。表格允许下页接写，表题可省略，表头应重复填写，并在表格的右上方写“续表”。表序号分章编写，用阿拉伯数字表示，例如：“表26”表示第2章的第6个表格。如果表格引自相关文献，则应在表格下方注明表格出处，格式为：Source: 英文作者姓或汉语作者姓名(出版年: 页码)10、插图插图必须精心制作，线条要匀称，图面要清晰、工整、美观。每幅插图应有图序号和图题，图序号和图题应放在该图的下方居中处。图序号分章编写，用阿拉伯数字表示，例如：“图38”表示第3章的第8个图。11、注释注释是对正文中某一特定内容所作的进一步解释或补充说明。注释采用页末注：将注文放在加注页的下端，限写在注释符号出现的同一页，不得隔页。注释符号用数字加圆圈如、标注成上标，并放在标点符号前。盐 城 师 范 学 院黑体一号毕业论文宋体一号 20122013学年度仿宋三号外国语学院英语专业班级09（1）学号09135101课题名称On the Image of Santiago inThe Old Man and the Sea学生姓名何 红指导教师包丽丽 年 月 日Saline Reed（Phragmites australis）Endophyte英文标题，Times New Roman二号AbstractEndophyte is one kind of fungus or bacteria which lives in various tissues and internal organs or cell clearance of healthy plants in whole plant life history or some phases.
