Regulations for foreign teachersin No 1 Middle school of ChangshanAccording to the national laws, the school draws up the following regulations which relate to the foreign teachers teaching and living.1Foreign teachers must observe the regulations of the school, the laws of the local area and Peoples Republic of China strictly. Foreign teachers should respect the social system of China, and do not interfere Chinas internal affairs. 2. Foreign teachers can have their own religion believes, but they can not preach religion activities in any way in China. Foreign teachers can not propagate western and political system and read religious classics in class.3Foreign teachers should respect the customs in China, and can not propagandize the life styles in western countries. No gambling, no excessive drinking. Foreign teachers can not send out the propaganda materials and the questionnaire forms without the permission.4. Foreign teachers share the work system with Chinese teacher. They can have holidays during their traditional festivals. (They will have 2 days off during Christmas day, 1 day off for Easter, 1 day off for Thanks-giving Day).5. Foreign teachers should obey the teaching arrangement and implement teaching activities according to the school.6Foreign teachers could participate in the educational research activities and recreational activities in school. Foreign teachers must obtain the agreement of the school before participate in teaching or the extracurricular activities out of the school.7The expenses of the activities which are organized by school and the higher authority department will be paid by school. The foreign teachers will be responsible for the arrangements which are requested by themselves, including expenses and safety.8. The foreign teachers routine work is responsible by the school administration office.9. Without the permission of the school manager, the foreign teachers can not participate in any commercial activities or give extracurricular lectures in other places. But they can ask for permission beforehand11The foreign teachers should fulfill the contract strictly and can not adjust the schedule casually. 12If the foreign teachers need ask for leave more than two days, they must propose the written application. 13To the foreign teacher who obtain remarkable achievements, the school will guve them rewards. For those who could not complete the teaching task by three oral warnings, the school has the right to stop the contract.The regulations will become effective from the
