Module 1 Europe Period 1 Introduction & Function乐山一中 方毅教学模式介绍探究式教学模式是指在教学过程中,要求学生在教师指导下,通过以“自主、探究、合作”为特征的学习方式对当前教学内容中的主要知识点进行自主学习、深入探究并进行小组合作交流,从而较好地达到课程标准中关于认知目标与情感目标要求的一种教学模式。其中认知目标涉及与学科相关知识、概念、原理与能力的掌握;情感目标则涉及思想感情与道德品质的培养。探究式课堂教学模式的教学环节:创设情境启发思考自主(或小组)探究协作交流总结提高Period 1 Introduction & Function设计思路说明【创设情境】通过展示欧洲地图,引入欧洲国家这一话题。【启发思考】 展示一个欧洲国家的著名建筑,让学生猜测是哪里。【自主或小组探究】学生自己或通过讨论说出更多的欧洲著名的地方以及建筑。【协作交流】 讨论交流欧洲国家的国名、首都和语言。【总结提高】 讲解重要知识点,以及位置表达法。教材分析There are 2 parts in this period. From the introduction part, the students will be able to know some European countries and their capitals, while the Function part focus on describing location. To motivate the Ss enthusiasm in taking part in the classroom activities, I can organize a group competition to decide which group will do the best in completing the tasks.教学目标【知识与能力目标】Help Ss get familiar with the name of some European countries and the main cities.Get Ss to describe the location of a country or a city in the similar way.【过程与方法目标】Train Ss speaking ability via the individual performances.Write similar sentences.Help Ss get prepared for reading.【情感态度价值观目标】They can know more about European countries from the Introduction and also know how to describe their favourite places in an acceptable way via Function part.教学重难点【教学重点】Improving the students oral ability.Description a place.【教学难点】How to help Ss improve their speaking ability.How to help Ss make to describe a place.Lead Ss to talk in class actively.课前准备A tape recorder, A blackboard教学过程一、创设情境Introduce more about some European countries. Europe 欧洲Learn the new words and expressions.二、启发思考T: Today the text will introduce more interesting places. Lets go and visit Europe. Please turn to Page 1. Look at the map of European. Which countries do the letters refer to? Please read the information in the second part and find the countries on the map. (Three minutes later)T: Are you ready? What kind of work do people do there?五、总结提高Language points.教学反思略Period 3 Listening设计思路说明【创设情境】老师展示Cardiff , Valencia, Edinburgh三个城市的图片,学生讨论他们知道的相关知识,让学生了解这几个将在听力中出现的城市。【启发思考】 提问学生这三个城市的地理位置,分别在哪个国家,学生回答后再听录音检查答案。【自主或小组探究】第二次听录音,获取关于三个说话者的细节信息,完成表格。【协作交流】 第三次听录音,判断正误。【总结提高】 根据听力材料完成介绍这三个城市的段落填空,达到总结的目的。教材分析本节课的学习内容是Module One中的Listening 部分。听力材料是围绕Europe话题的文章。强化学生通过听来获取讲话人信息并得出结论的能力。教学目标【知识与能力目标】Get the Ss to know more about European countries by listening. 【过程与方法目标】Help the students learn how to grasp the key points by reading the questions first and make notes while listening.【情感态度价值观目标】Encourage the Ss to be active and cooperative in the class.教学重难点【教学重点】Listen to materials and grasp the information needed.【教学难点】Come to conclusions by listening to the talk and judge given sentences.课前准备A recorder and some slides.教学过程一、创设情境The teacher asks some questions: 1) Do you know the city of Edinburgh? 2) Which country is it in? 3) Do you know anything else about it? The teacher asks some students to answer these questions and then speak out their opinions freely. At the same time the teacher show some pictures about these places on the screen. Before listening, first try to answer the questions in activity 1. 1. Where is Edinburgh? In Scotland or in England?2. Where is Cardiff? In Scotland or in Wales?Where is Valencia? Carlos: There are so many capital cities in the United Kingdom!Helen: Yes, Scotland and Wales are separates countries And each of them has a capital city.Carlos: So what are you doing here in London?Helen: Were students. Carlos: What are you studying?Helen: Languages. Carlos: Which ones?Helen: Well, there are about 60 students in the class, and all of them are studying at least two languages. Im studying French and Chinese.Amy: And Im studying German and Russian.Carlos: So neither of you is studying Spanish.Amy: No, sorry. In fact, none of the students in our class is studying Spanish. The key: capitals; Scotland; Wales; separate; Valencia; on; coast; soccer. 教学反思略Period 4 Grammar设计思路说明【创设情境】观察课文中出现的被动语态和主谓一致的句子,让学生观察。【启发思考】 老师引导学生观察例句,提出相关问题,引发学生思考。【自主或小组探究】读更多的例句,学生通过讨论尝试着自己总结出语法规律。【协作交流】 在老师的带领下,进一步总结被动语态和主谓一致的规律。【总结提高】 通过练习达到巩固提高的效果。教材分析GRAMMA 1 讲解了本单元的语法项目:被动语态的一般现在时和一般过去时。并给出相关示例,使学生通过观察,分析掌握所学内容,再进行练习运用。GRAMMA 2 讲解了本单元的另外一个语法项目:主谓一致。通过例句讲解和问答使学生体会学习主谓一致,并通过练习加以巩固。教学目标【知识与能力目标】Enable the students to express freely using passive voice.Learn Subject and verb agreement.【过程与方法目标】Help the students to summarize a rule after they observe some examples.【情感态度价值观目标】Improve the students awareness of cooperatating. 教学重难点【教学重点】How to express ones opinion in passive voice.Master subject and verb agreement.【教学难点】How to decide which word refer to one person and which refer to a group of people.How to change the predicate when turning a sentence from active form to passive form.课前准备A projector and slides教学过程一、创设情境Read some sentences of passive voice from the text.二、启发思考Read the sentences and answer the questions.a. The road had been opened to traffic.形式时态助动词be的变化形式+ 实意动词的过去分词一般现在时am is aredone一般过去时was were一般将来时Shallwill be现在进行时am is are +being过去进行时was were+being现在完成时has have +been过去完成时had+been四、协作交流被动语态基本用法:当句子的主语是动作的执行者时,谓语的形式是主动语态。当句子的主语是动作的承受者时,谓语要用被动语态。被动语态由助动词be+过去分词构成,时态通过be表现出来。主动语态与被动语态之间转换:步骤1:把句中的主谓宾划分清楚。步骤2:把原主动句中的宾语转换为被动语态的主语。步骤3:把动词改为被动形式即“be+过去分词”,这一步很容易出错,要特别注意。这时be动词的人称和数要随着新的主语(原来主动句中的宾语)而变,同时be动词的时态要按原来主动句的时态保持不变,be动词后面的过去分词就是原来主动句中的动词过去分词。步骤4:原来句中的主语,如果需要,就放在by后面以它的宾格形式出现,以指明做事的人或物。如果没有必要,可以省略。步骤5:其他的成分不变。(定语,状语)五、总结提高Practices1. Jane and Mary look healthy and strong.(2) 意义上一致 主语形式为单数,但意义为复数。如:The crowd were running for their lives.类似的词还有people, police, cattle, 主语形式为复数,而意义却是单数。如:The news was very exciting.类似的词还有 physics, politics(3) 就近原则谓语动词的单复数取决于最靠近它的词。如:Not only he but also all the other students have passed the examination.用于类似结构的词组有:neither nor;either or;not but ;There be 句型等。3.
