Talk about them in your group.Step VII Summary and Homework教后反思： 这节课准备的内容较多，有些教学任务完成的略显匆忙，需要突出的重点没有充分的时间进行操练，因为考虑到公开课，想必内容需要上全，又想突出自己的想法，结果就上成这样了，如果在平时的课堂教学中，有必要去掉1b谈论明星的这个环节，可以简单的引导听写即可。主要是听说课，因此可以把重点放在前面的新单词引入和听力任务上。对于课堂活动，过分的强调了小组活动，却忽略了任务划分的可行性，准备的较为匆忙，应该多以各层次学生的实际情况为出发点，让他们动起来。先就各个环节的上课情况及改进措施进行反思。Step I Warm up上课情况：个人对引入环节还是很满意的，自然引入，学生也很有兴趣的看电影短片，但在描述环节，学生显得说得不那么流畅，本来本班平时发言同学不多，但在这里，因为没有具体的引导学生分别从身材，身高和头发这三个方面描述，再加上很多老师听课，学生会有点紧张，所以学生表现得不知从何下手，其实备课时考虑到了这个，上课时忘记了。在描述任务问到：Is Gru cool? Is he handsome? Is Lucy beautiful? 这些形容词将会在听力材料中出现，因此是做必要的铺垫。反思：在谈论人物时，说说这三个方面，写在黑板上，然后先复习一下这几个词汇较好，便于直接进行描述。在课堂才开始，气氛不大好的情况下，正是可以全班集中回答的时候，正所谓大家能都一起回答时，何必单点个人呢。不管是从课堂气氛上，还是从检查学生掌握情况上看，这无疑是省时而又有效的方法。Step II Lead in上课情况：从影片中的人物，最开始描述整体时，复习了关于BUILD, HEIGHT, HAIR之类的描述， 这个环节从大图中看到了脸部的各个部位描述，也是本课新词引入。感觉这块的自然过渡也是很不错的。在Listen and Draw这个环节，听课老师说这里是亮点。其实在教参上有这个活动，只是那是对于部位的Listen and Draw，而我在课堂上把它变成了描述两个人，将这些词进行了对比引入。有个整体感，学生也比较有兴趣。至于图片展示，正好发现有几个同学错的典型，于是临时设计了我们来找茬的环节，让学生找出有误的地方。在同学们相互展示时，希望同学们是通过对话完成的，但实际在检查是否画得正确，跟预想的有些不一样。课堂上，发现一位同学画得很好，正是展示该同学才艺的时候，有个整体感和他的描述，相信同学们也对他的画印象深刻，在情感教育上，算是增进同学间的了解吧。反思：课堂的实际情况有时候跟想象中的不一样，会有意料中和意料外的好的，不好的状况出现，有时候感到好的意外充实了课堂，而不好的意外却提醒了自己的准备不充分，考虑不周全。对Listen and Draw环节，个人是很满意的。但是在谈论自己的画的环节，我需要思考，怎样让学生去用英语按要求描述，可能是我课堂上布置任务说得不够清楚。或许，我该先请个同学从几个方面描述他的画，然后再让全班去说，还是自己的指令不清晰。我可以写上The boy has _ face, _ eyes, _ hair等，相信这样，对话便能较为自然的开展。StepIII Presentation上课情况及反思：此环节设计是希望学生谈论明星，巩固对于人的描述，也借此引入听力中将会出现的singer, actor, actress. 感觉对人描述的过程，如果在开始第一二环节很好的复习了人物描述的表达，其实这块可以暂时不做描述，因为课堂时间有限，需做必要取舍，只说明星JOB即可，然后在听力时自然布置关上书，听这两人的职业。Step IV Pre-listening上课情况：此环节就图片描述，描述可能的职业和人物外貌，然后让学生写。因为平时每个单元做到这个地方的听力时总感觉有些难度，因此先对相应的内容进行一下预热，不一定要说对，但让学生听了更熟悉，能更好的无障碍的听。对于小组活动，当时设计的想法是让学生每人都有自己要做的事，没有考虑到，学生们在部分学生写的时候，另一部分学生无事可做。反思：就整节课来看，听力前环节可把职业描述和外貌描述分开。在名人图片展示后，直接看图片猜职业，然后听录音。然后看图描述外貌，直接谈论外貌。小组活动内容应改为：全部学生先独自写出自己的描述，然后由组长查看，修改。如果有未描述到位的地方，组员组长可以提出来，是哪个点忽略了，然后让他补充写。这样设计也是小组活动，但实用，真正做到每个人都动起来，同时也达到了教学目的。会描述人，听力材料中的人，因此在完成听力部分时，更容易。Step V Listening上课情况及反思：关书，让学生听职业。在教参中对于听力活动的教学建议，总会看到第一遍听时，just listen。在课堂上，学生一看到有表格，就想把听到的先一次都填完，因此忽略了略听，在写教学反思的此刻，突然发现听力也是可以分泛听和精听的，如果一味只是为了完成听力任务，忽略了泛听精听的训练，我认为，谈不上能力的培养，只能说做完了题目。发现，学生为了多填写表格里的几个词，忽略了首先该听到的内容，结果只有三个同学听到了actress。因此让同学们关上书，重新听，仅仅听职业，这一次，绝大部分同学听到了。因此，克服干扰听力效率更高，更好把握听力材料内容。Step VI Post-listening上课情况及反思：因为课堂时间有限，在听力播完以后匆忙对了答案。如果如以上反思中弱化某些部分的内容，这个部分就可以巩固句型，根据所填词汇来描述人物了，可以是一问一答，也可以是直接的短文描述。最后的明星描述环节，可以作为家庭作业，或者将课堂上提到的明星进行描述。如果这是写作，那么，给相应关键词即必备内容，提出要求，更能丰富写作内容。同时，对于听力材料中有些新的表达也需进行相应讲解。Step VII Summary and Homework上课情况及反思：小结可以是复述本课中用到的词组或句子，进行相应翻译，也可以是完成长江作业本上对应本课的相应练习。反思后的课堂重组Unit 9 What does he look like?Step I Warm up1.Play a short video 2.Ask questions and introduce the main characters in the movie Do you like the movie?
