He is washing his clothes. You are flying a kite. 否定句式：主语 + be(am, is, are) +not + V-ing +其它. e.g I am not doing my homework. He is not washing his clothes. You are not flying a kite. 一般疑问句：Be(am, is, are) + 主语 + V-ing +其它？ e.g Are you doing your homework? Is he washing his clothes? Am I flying a kite? 特殊疑问句：疑问词+ be(am, is, are)+ 主语 + V-ing +其它？ e.g What are you doing in the house? Where is he going?
