Cattell 16 personality test is the worlds proven reliable and one of psychological measurement science, and its function is both integrated and comprehensive picture of a persons personality traits, but also differences, or that people, groups and organizations of similarities and differences between the properties. postgraduate education is the high level of academic education, medical personnel directly affects the quality of the health of social groups and even the countrys economic and social development. Therefore, to explore the psychological health of medical students and personality characteristics, according to the different take appropriate measures personality to intervene and guide of practical significance. To this end, we investigated the use of Cattell 16 personality test as a research tool, Postgraduate Medical School of Weifang evaluation groups, students compare the changes with the new personality, To implement personalized training medical students to provide evidence.1 Subjects and Methods1.1 studySelect the Weifang Medical College Class of 2007 graduate students and 2005 graduates, 116 boys, 119 girls, 171 clinical expertise, basic professional 64 people, average age 26.1 + -2.8 years old.1.2 Research MethodsCluster sampling method to the 2007 Master 172 questionnaires, 168 valid questionnaires; 2005 63 questionnaires, 55 valid questionnaires.
