As usual, by reading we try to make full analysis of particular uses of language including grammar rules and choices of diction and thus appreciate the true aesthetic of language for our own proper or appropriate use of English. Talking about grammar rules, youve known well about them since you have been dealing with them for more than 10 years. What you need to do now in university, personally speaking, is to review them in a systematic way and combine this process with the text analysis to realize that there are some particular functions with them respectively.
