Unit 9 I like music that I can dance to.Section A (3a-3c) 教学设计枣阳市吴店镇第一中学 郭拴群教学目标:知识与技能1) 学习掌握下列词汇:stick , down, dialogue, ending, documentary, drama, plenty, plenty of, shut, shut off, superhero, once in a while 2) 能掌握以下句型: While some people stick to only one kind of movies, I like to watch different kinds depending on how I feel that day. When Im down or tired, I prefer movies that can cheer me up. But they try their best to solve their problems. Laughing for two hours is a good way to relax. Documentaries like March of the Penguins which provide plenty of information about a certain subject can be interesting, I dont mind action movies like Spider Man when Im too tired to think. I can just shut off my brain Once in a while, I like to watch movies that are scary. But Im too scared to watch them alone. It doesnt feel so scary anymore. 2.能力与发展目标: 进一步熟练掌握that/ which/ who引导的定语从句。3. 情感态度价值观目标:1) 阅读短文,能按要求获取相关的信息。2) 通过阅读训练来提高学生们的阅读能力。3) 能用定语从句表达自己的喜好, 并能对自己过的电影,听过的CD等进行描述。过程与方法:在教学中利用多媒体、图片小组活动等多种方式,创设情境,调动学生多种感官,激活学生的智慧,采用“先学后教,以学定教”的教学模式,把课堂还给学生,让学生在自主、合作、探究中得到成长。 情感态度价值观目标:1. 使学生学会谈论自己的喜好。2. 通过表达个人喜好,提高学生欣赏美的水平。3. 激发学生的学习兴趣和学习热情。教学过程Step1. Warming up and Lead-inT : In the last class, we have discussed the music, groups, musicians that we like. I like movies thatI love music thatI prefer movie stars who .2. 展示表示电影类型的词汇。【设计意图】通过多媒体展示各种电影的类型,引发学生的兴趣,导出生词,同时为下步新授课做铺垫dramas, documentary, action movie, cartoon, scary movieStep 2 . How does the writer feel after watching these movies?After watching them, the problems suddenly seem less serious and he/she feel much better again. 4. Does the writer like scary movies? When does he or she watch them?Yes! He/She does. Once in a while, he/she likes to watch scary movies. 【设计意图】通过回答这些问题,强化学生对本单元课文内容的进一步理解。引导学生归纳比较引导的定语从句及其结构特点,教师进行精讲点拨,培养他们的观察能力,启发学生进一步步了解定语从句,为下一步的听力打好基础。Step 5.
