英语公开课教学设计袁雪I.Teaching Contents: Unit 6 A Lets learn, PEP Primary English,Book 4This unit talks about the topic of the farm.Ss learn some words and the use of farm words.This class is the first part of this unit.It teaches words of vegetables.Ss in grade 4 have some base of English learning.They are active in class.II.Teaching Aims:1. Knowledge and Ability: (1)Ss can listen,say,read and write the words:tomatoes,potatoes,carrots,green beans,onions(2) Ss can use the sentense pattern”Theyre .”to describe the vegetables(3) Ss can master the use of the plural form of nouns2. Process and methods: (1) Ss learn the new words in the situation of they are at the farm. (2) They learn by means of repeat,communicative approach,etc3. Emotion, attitude or values: To make the Ss know that vegetables are good to our health.We should balance our diet.III.Teaching Importance&Difficulties:1. Teaching Importance: The plural form of tomato and potato.2. Teaching Difficulties: Ss can make much sentences to describe these vegetables.IV.Teaching Methods:TPR,Task-based Teaching Method, Communicative Teaching Method,Activity Teaching MethodV.Teaching Aids:PPT, Reward stickers, E-bookVI.Teaching Procedures:Step 1 Warm-up(1) Greeting& free talk(2) Sing a song:Old Macdonald had a farmStep 2 Presentation1. Present a farm with PPT,ask Ss watch and talk.Point to tomatoes and ask what are these.Present the picture of tomato and teach.T:Look!This is Old Macdonalds farm.Lets go and see.Ss:OK!T:What are these?Ss:西红柿T:Yes!They are tomatoes.2. Listen to the tape and follow.3. Read in different ways of:Reading in groups,Reading line by line,Loud and low voices,Train Game and so on.4. Write the words on the bb while Ss use fingers writing.5. The same way to teach “potatoes”.6. Use the green color lead the word “green beans”.7. Watch a short video to present the word “carrot”.8. Present the word “onion” with the picture.4.Open the books and read after the E-book.Step 3 Practice1. Game: Lets chant设计意图:通过韵律帮助学生记忆单词的发音和字形,韵律朗朗上口,提升学生学英语的兴趣。2. Game: Lets match设计意图:通过把单词和图形连线操练学生对单词意思的把握。3. Game:Can you guess? Ask Ss guess with the tips of the characteristics of vegetables.设计意图:让学生通过蔬菜的特点猜单词意在操练句型“They are.”,丰富课堂内容,增加语用机会。Step 4 SummaryGame:Lets countI like _.I like _ and _.I like _,_ and _.I like _, _,_ and _.I like _, _, _, _ and _.T:How many vegetables do we learn?Ss:5T:What are they?Ss:They are .T:I like tomatoes.What about you?Ss: .设计意图:通过数来宝的方式总结本课,并进行情感教育:蔬菜有益身体健康,要均衡饮食。Step5. Homework 1. Write the words 3 times.(把所学单词抄写3遍) 2. Discuss with your friends which vegertable do you like.(和你的朋友讨论你们都喜欢哪种蔬菜。)Step
