The pay phone is between the post office and the library. 3) 能了解以下语法: Where 引导的特殊疑问句及其答语。 学会There is / are。Is/are there.的句型及用法。 2. 情感态度价值观目标: 通过运用简单的问路和引路的交际用语,学会相互合作,培养乐于助人的精神 重点难点1. 教学重点: Where 引导的特殊疑问句。there be 句型的肯定式、一般疑问句及其回答方式。 方位介词的用法。2. 教学难点: 方位介词的用法。教学方法任务型教学、直观教学法、模仿示范法、情景教学和合作学习法教学过程设计设计意图教学步骤及主要内容. Warming upEnjoy a song about prepositions for position.T: OK. Stop here. Today we will learn prepositions for position and several nouns. First please look at the following pictures. (show pictures) What buildings can you see? library, supermarket, park, post office, police station, hotel, restaurant, bank, hospital, street. Teach the new words until they can read them right.Show some sentences, have students fill in the blank using the new words. Presentation: T: Now, please look at the picture in 1a, can you match the words with the places in the picture?Students do it, then check the answers.T: lets look at the picture carefully, here are three streets, they areBridge Street, Center Street, Long Street (write them on blackboard.)Then invite two students to read the conversation aloud. (write them on blackboard.)Ask: What sentence pattern is it?S: It is a general question about “there be”. “be” should be put in the first word of a sentence. T: Excellent, then please think about What a positive answer and a negative answer are?S: A positive answer is “Yes, there is “or “Yes, there are.” A negative answer is “No, there isnt “, or “No, there arent.” T: Good. Now pay attention to the preposition “on”. Point out “onBridge Street, on Center Street, on Long Street” . Listening: T: Now lets listen to the tape, and circle the places you hear in 1a. (听力指导:做好听力题的两个关键:一是听前看图片或者文字材料;二是听时抓住关键词。) Check the answers, listen again if necessary.Practice the language “Is there? Where is?” according to the picture in 1a. Students work in pairs. .Play a gameShow a box and a watch, put them in different position to teach the new prepositions “ behind ,in front of ,next to, betweenand, across from” (write them on blackboard) PracticeShow the pictures in 2a one by one , have students to answer “where is the pay phone?” Students read the sentences and match them with the correct pictures.Check the answers. Listening practice(2b)T: Now, look at 2b, listen and fill in the blanks with the words in the box.Play the tape, students listen carefully Check the answers together. . Pair work Ask the Ss to ask and answer questions about the places in 1a on page 43.Show a picture about the buildings around school, students ask and answer questions about the picture.Show a passage, students fill in the blanks using the correct prepositions.
