Unit 5 Do you want to watch a game show?Section A (1a - 2d) 公开课教案 中原街中学 聂萍一、教学内容分析 本单元的话题是讨论学生喜欢的电视节目及他们对不同电视节目的看法。这是学生所感兴趣的话题，先通过多种多样电视节目的呈现，让学生学会用英语表达电视节目。然后引导学生运用即将要学习的句型谈论对所呈现的电视节目的看法，如：What kind of TV shows do you like ? I like it. I don t mind it. I can t stand it.等等。 通过本节课的学习学生能运用所学的语言知识对影视作品进行简单的评价，培养学生运用英语语言知识进行交际对话的能力及书面表达能力。二、教学目标I. Knowledge goals（知识目标）: 1. Master the following new words and phrases: sitcom, news, mind, stand, talk show, soup opera2. Grasp some pattern sentences: (1) What do you think of talk / sports / game shows? (2) I don t mind / like them. (3) I can t stand them.II. Teaching process and methods:1. Teaching process : Simply presentation- - Practice (Teamwork)-Production 2. Write articles about what they think of TV shows.四、教学策略选择与设计1、首先通过图片呈现，让学生学习电视节目的英语表达，并鼓励学生说出更多电视节目。2、句型训练是本节课的重头戏，该环节笔者将设计若干各电视节目画面，在教师的帮助下，通过学生的自主学习及小组合作式学习来实现重点句型的学习和掌握。其过程为：初步输入 进一步输入 初步输出 进一步输出。3、小组合作学习是本节课的主要学习形式，教师在大屏幕上呈现有关电视节目片断，各小组运用所学的句型进行对话训练，同组学生互帮互助，共同完成学习任务。鼓励每组派代表展示他们的任务完成情况，看哪个小组表现最出色。4、采用小组合作学习形式，完成教师布置的写作任务。运用所学的语言知识写一段有关电视节目的个人感受。各小组成员完成自己的初稿，小组互改，个人修订，最后每组派代表呈现自己的作品。教师评出优秀作品。5、在设计学习任务时，要照顾不同层次的学生尤其是学困生，让学困生也能参与到学习活动中来，享受获取成功的快乐。六、教学过程Step 1. Leading in Show some pictures of TV shows. Say: Please guess what kind of TV shows they are. Students volunteer to give their answers.
