Employment Contract Period 3rd. This is a fix-term contract.This contract is valid from: year: 2009 month: 11 date: 13, the probation end on year:2010 month: 02 date: 13. The contract expires on year: 2012 month: 11 date: 13.3. Job Description4th. The employee agree to take the job of Construction Management, as the requirement of the employer.5th. Due to the feature of this job, the work location or work area of the job is all location of employers business.6th. The employee should reach the requirement of: Job instruction of this job. 4. Working Hour and Vacation7th. The employer need the employee to implement the integrated system of working hour. The working hour of the employee should not exceed 8 hours a day, and not exceed 40 hours a week. The holiday is _ If the employer need employee to implement the integrated working hour system or irregular working hour system, the employer should get the permission of irregular working hour system from the labor administrative department.8th. The employer implement the holiday system based on attendance management system and other related regulation of the company.5. Remuneration of Labor9th. The employer pay the employee before the fifth of the every month in currency. The wage is _ , or based on the negotiation between two parties, but not lower than the minimum wage of Beijing. The wage during the probation is _ yuan. Other agreement of two parties about the wage is _10th. If the employee waits for work due to the employer cannot offer enough working task, the employer should pay employee _ yuan, or 70% of the minimum wage of Beijing.6. Social Insurance and Other Insurance and Benefits11th. The two parties participate the social insurance under the regulations of Beijing and regulations of the Nation. The employer finishes the insurance process for employee, and takes the related responsibility for the social insurance.12th. The treatment of employees illness or none-work-related injury follows the National and Beijings instruction. The employer, under the description of the national and company regulations, afford the vacation pay. 13th. The treatment of employees occupational disease and work-related injury follows the National and Beijings instruction.14th. The employer offer the following benefits to the employee:social insurance and other benefit based on related company rule 7. Labor Protection, Working Condition and Prevention of Occupational Danger15th. According to the requirement of specific job, the employer provide necessary safeguards, offer necessary labor protection articles to employee, based on the related national labor protection and health regulation.16th. The employer institute the rules of safety production based on the related national legislation and regulation. The employee abides by the rules to prevent the injuries and occupational dangers. Violation operation is forbidden. 17th. The employer should establish and improve the occupational disease preventing system, develop the management of occupational disease, and improve the ability of preventing and curing occupational disease.8. Revocation, Termination of the Labor Contract and Compensation18th. The revocation, termination and extension of the labor contract of two parties should under the governing of and other related National regulations or regulations of Beijing.19th. The employer should provide the certificate of termination of labor contract to employee when the revocation or termination of this contract occurs. The employer should transfer the employees profile and social insurance within 15 days.20th. The employee should carry out the handover of his work as agreed by the parties, and pay the compensation during the handover if necessary.9. Other Agreements of the Parties21st. The following additional terms are agreed by two parties: The employer has the authority to switch the working position of the employee according to the requirement of company. Simultaneously, the transfer-position form should be attached in the contract. 10. Disputations and Other 22nd. If disputation happens when performing the contract, each party can turn to conciliation board in industrial dispute of the company, or turn to the labor arbitration commission.23rd.
