Teaching Key Points:Key vocabulary.Learn to talk about the weather using the target language.Review of the Present Continuous Tense.Teaching Difficulties:Learn to talk about the weather using the target language; Train students listening skills and communicative competence.Teaching Methods: Listening method; Pair work; Oral practice.Teaching Aids: A computer; a projection machine; Teaching Procedures:Step1 Greeting:Greet the whole class as usual.Step2 Lead-in:1. Lets enjoy a song:Play a song with the lyric on the screen.Step3. Preset-homework1 Check the Preset-homework. Find out some words about weather.2 Brainstorm, say the words about weather. rainy windy cloudy snowy sunny 3. Read the key words for several times. Step4 Ask and answerTalk about the weather:1. Show some pictures of different weather and learn some words through them.2.
