PURPOSE 目的This policy is established in order to strict discipline and behavior for security colleague.严格保安人员的工作纪律,规范工作行为标准。II. SCOPE OF APPLICATION 适用范围This policy will apply to all Security Department employees 该政策适用于所有酒店保安部的员工。 III. POLICY & PROCEDURE 政策及程序A. JOB GUIDELINES 工作准则1 Neat and civility appearance is required when on duty.值班时必须着装整齐,仪表大方,姿态端庄,不许抱胸插手。 2 Strictly comply with working schedule, wear employee card and punching.严格遵守上下班时间,配戴工作牌按照员工通道进出入并打卡备案。3 Obey the management and distribution unconditional from supervisors.做到无条件服从上级管理和分配。4 Strictly comply with hand over policies and duty roster. Dont leave post unauthorized until handover post.严格遵守交接班制度,列队上岗,下一班没接班时不得擅自离岗。5 Familiar with job features, responsibilities, and standard for all security positions.熟练掌握保安部各岗位工作特点,岗位职责和工作标准。6 Contact with guests and employees in good manner and attitude.接触客人、员工要彬彬有礼,交流时要注意语气态度。7 Tolerate and convince by sound reasoning to deal with problems.处理问题力求做到容忍宽大,以理服人。8 Chatting, reading, writing, listening CD, smoking, eating, and talking private phones and visiting are not allowed when on duty. Leaving post because of eating, drinking, washroom and so on, should be reported and wait for someone else come to replace the post值勤时严禁随意离岗,如需吃饭,喝水,去洗手间等,需报知当班主管同意,并有他人替岗后方可离开。13Its a prohibition that using facilities for guests except special cases.非特殊情况严禁使用客用设施。14Building structures and passages of positions in the hotel should be familiarized.熟悉酒店建筑结构和各部位的通道走向。15The place and application of alarm and fire-fighting equipments must be familiarized.熟悉酒店报警设施及消防器材位置和用途,熟练掌握其使用方法。16Fire alarm should be reported and taken effective measures whatever level and volume.如发生火警,不论程度大小,都必须及时按照规定通报并采取有效措施灭火。17Do not enter guest rooms, storage rooms, offices, kitchens and server rooms except necessary.非工作需要不得进入客房,仓库、办公室、厨房、以及服务员工作间。18Unfair methods and illegal or criminal activities are not allowed when on duty.值勤时不得采取不正当的手段包庇、掩护违法犯罪活动。19To damage frame of hotel or venally are not allowed when on duty.值勤时不得以权谋私或做任何有损酒店声誉的事情。B. LEAVE APPLICATION 请假制度1 Leave with any reasons must be applied and get the approval.本部员工无论何种原因需要请假时,必须填写请假报告,逐级上报审批方可生效。2 Supervisor must get the approval from division manager and security guard get the approval from supervisor for temporary leaving within 2 hours.临时请假不超2小时的,主管级需部门经理批准,保安员由主管批准。3 Its a strict prohibition that skips a grade to ask a leave. Apply leaving over 2 days must base on employee rules by human resource department.严禁越级请假,请假2天以上必须遵照人力资源部颁布的员工守则为准则。4 Its not allowed to revise duty roster without permission.
