attn空运进口流程(1)代理预报在国外发货前，国外代理公司将运单、航班、件数、重量、品名、实际收货人及其他地址、联系电话等内容发给目的地代理公司。(2)交接单、货航空货物入境时，与货物相关的单据也随机到达，运输工具及货物处于海关监管之下。货物卸下后，交货物存入航空公司或机场的监管仓库，进行进口货物舱单录入，将舱单上总运单号、收货人、始发站、目的站、件数、重量、货物品名、航班号等信息通过电脑传输给海关留存，供报关用。同时根据运单上的收货人地址寄发取单、提货通知。交接时做到单、单核对，即交接清单与总运单核对；单、货核对，即交接清单与货物核对。(3)理货与仓储理货：逐一核对每票件数，再次检查货物破损情况，确有接货时未发现的问题，可向民航提出交涉；按大货、小货、重货、轻货、单票货、混载货、危险品、贵重品、冷冻品、冷藏品、分别堆存、进仓；登记每票货储存区号，并输入电脑。仓储：注意防雨、防潮；防重压；防变形；防温长变质；防暴晒；独立设危险品仓库。(4)理单与到货通知理单：集中托运，总运单项下拆单；分类理单、编号；编制种类单证。到货通知：尽快、尽妥地通知货主到货情况。正本运单处理：电脑打制海关监管进口货物入仓清单一式五份用于商检、卫检、动检各一份，海关二份。(5)制单、报关制单、报关、运输的形式：货代公司代办制单、报关、运输。进口制单：长期协作的货主单位，有进口批文、证明手册等放于货代处的，货物到达，发出到货通知后，即可制单、报关，通知货主运输或代办运输；无需批文和证明的，可即行制单、报关，通知货主提货或代办运输；部分货主要求异地清关时，在符合海关规定的情况上，制作转关运输申报单办理转关手续，报送单上需由报关人填报的项目有：进口口岸、收货单位、经营单位、合同
