七年级上册Unit6Doyoulikebananas?Period 1 Section A 1a-1c教学设计 陈金利一、教材解读本单元是以介绍食物、谈论喜欢和厌恶为主题来展开听说读写活动的。在这一单元里,学生们将学习用“Do you like?”句型及答语来讨论和询问对方喜欢与不喜欢的食物,掌握动词like的一般疑问句的构成以及它的肯定及否定回答。同时学习食物名词以及单复数的用法。而本节课为本单元的第一课时,主要学习有关食物的单词以及用“Do you like?”句型及答语谈论对方是否喜欢某种食物。二、教学目标1. 知识与技能(1)掌握词汇: banana、hamburger、tomato、strawberry、orange、icecream、salad、milk and bread.(2)掌握句型:Doyoulikebananas?Yes,Ido. I like / No,Idont.I dont like(3)能辨别可数名词和不可数名词。2. 过程与方法(1)通过听说读等任务型活动,熟练应用所学单词和句型,掌握描述过程。(2)通过开展小组活动、食物调查等活动,指导学生积极与他人合作。3. 情感态度和价值观认识并了解各种食物,能认识到水果和蔬菜对人体有益,树立健康合理饮食的意识;通过小组合作,做调查报告等活动,培养团结协作的精神。三、教学重难点1. 教学重点掌握关于食物的词汇和谈论关于食物喜好的句型。2. 教学难点(1)掌握关于食物的词汇。(2)能流利地与对方开展关于食物喜好的对话。四、课前准备:多媒体课件、视频、食物、关于食物的图片、制作调查表五、教学方法采用情景法,交际法及任务型教学途径并配以多媒体辅助教学。通过设疑、提问、启发、诱导等方法,唤醒全体学生的主体意识,从而调动学生的积极性,让学生处于积极思维状态之中,从听说读等多角度培养学生运用语言的能力。六、教学过程Step I. Warming up1. Basic greetings. T: Good morning, boys and girls! Ss: Good morning, teacher. T: How are you today? Ss: Im fine, thank youT: Today I bring some food for you. (Show the food for students) Do you like them? (Write “like” on the blackboard and teach it.) If you have good performance this class, you can get the food as presents. Do you understand?2. Lets watch and sing. (Play the video “Do you like?”)T: First, lets watch a video and sing together.Step II. Learn new words.1. Present a fridge, and ask students to guess what things are in it. Students can speak Chinese. Guide students to speak out (水果、蔬菜) in Chinese and then present the English names: fruit, vegetables, food.2. Present a picture of a banana. T: Whats this in English? Ss: 香蕉. T: Its a banana. Read after me, banana, bananaSs: Banana, banana Present a picture of many bananas. T: What are these in English? Ss: They are bananas. ( Emphasize the difference between “a banana” and “bananas”) Teach other words in the same way.After learning all new words, students read all of them after the teacher. 3. Play a game “Quick response”. Present some pictures of the food and see who can speak out the English name of the food quickly.4. Countable nouns and uncountable nouns. (1) Ask students to think about what is countable noun and what is uncountable noun first. Then explain the differences between them.(2) Group discussion. 把下列名词按可数和不可数分类:banana, pear, tomato, hamburger, milk, bread, strawberry, salad, ice-cream, orange. After discussion, ask some students to share their answers. Countable nouns: bananas/oranges/tomatoes/pears/strawberries (They can use a/an, and we can add “s”) Uncountable nouns: milk/bread (They cant use a/an and we cant add “s”)5. Activity 1a. (Match the words with the things in the picture.) First give students one minute to finish it, then check answers with the whole class.Step III. Sentences.1. Present. The teacher holds a banana.T: Whats this?S1: Its a banana. T: I like bananas. Do you like bananas? S1: Yes, I do. I like bananas.T: Do you like bananas?S2: No, I dont. I dont like bananas. 2. Practice. (1)Pair work. Two students a group to use the sentences to make conversations according to the pictures on the screen.A: Whats this / Whatre these in English?B: Its /Theyre.A: Do you like.?B: Yes, I do. I like / No, I dont. I dont like Several minutes later, ask some pairs to present.(2) Activity 1b. (Listen and number the conversations 1-3.)For the first listening, ask students just listen and answer the question: What foods are mentioned?For the second listening, number the conversations while listening.Step IV.
