Unit 9 Have you ever been to a museum?Section A (1a-1c)教学目标1.语言目标:掌握1a部分的词汇及句型。 2.技能目标:能听懂谈论过去经历的对话材料;通过听说训练,学会谈论好玩的地方;能写出重点单词和重点句型,并能描述旅游地方。3.情感目标:通过本课的学习,让学生掌握主题公园和博物馆的英文名称,培养学生热爱祖国大好河山的精神。教学重点Vocabulary:amusement park ,water park,zoo,art museum,space museum,history museum,science museum,nature museum. Structure:Have you ever been to a museum? Yes, I have. No,I havent. -Has he /she ever been to a museum? -Yes,he/she has./ No,he/she hasnt.教学难点1.能熟练掌握并使用have / has been to 及ever的用法。2.能够运用所学句型谈论过去的经历。教学过程 Step 1 Warming up 1. Greet the whole students as usual.2. Let students listen to an English song to review the present perfect tense and lead in new lesson.(设计意图:通过一首英文歌曲为本节课热身,不仅让学生对8单元所学的完成时态结构进行了回顾;而且还创设了轻松的学习氛围,为学生学习本节课的新知识作铺垫。)Step 2 Presentation1.Have students discuss a question.-Have you ever been to anywhere interesting?-Yes,I have./ NO,I havent. Let students guess the places of the pictures; they are the art museum, space museum, history museum, water park, zoo, amusement park while lead in sentence patterns:“ Have you ever been to ?”Get students to work in pairs to practice the conversation: “Have you ever been to”“Yes, I have.”/ No, I havent.(设计意图:问题设计与本节课的重点句型紧密联系,让学生对本节课的知识点有一个提前预知能力,由anywhere interesting 引入本节课表示不同地方的词汇,如;太空博物馆,历史博物馆等。小组编对话活动更为1b部分听力做充分准备)2.Do activity 1a.Please read the names of these places. (Teacher writes the names on the blackboard.) Which of these places would you like to visit? Rank them from 1 to 6.S1: amusement park , water park, zoo, art museum, space museum,history museum.S2: Space museum, art museum, zoo, water park, amusement park ,history museum.S3: Then ask the student to tell others about where he/she would like to visit most? And why?(设计意图:通过让学生表达自己最想去的地方,并说出理由,从而培养学生热爱中国大好河山之情。)Step 3 Listening1. Talk about the picture.2.Do activity 1b.Listen twice and check the boxes. Have these students ever been to these places? Then check the answers.Which places have Claudia been to?She has been to .Which places have Sarah been to?She has been to .2. Listen again and complete the lost words. Then check the answers.(设计意图:通过对英语听力材料进行挖空式填空,加强学生的听说英语的能力。)Step 4 Play two games.1. Guess game. Guess the places in each number.2. Train game. A student will say a sentence using I have been to .,and the next one will repeat the sentence what he/she said one by one.(设计意图:本环节设计了两个游戏,通过让学生对两个游戏的完成,从而对本节课的重点词汇及句型加以巩固,对知识的记忆更加形象、生动。)Step 5 Group workDo activity 1c.Let students make a conversation .
