Unit 4 ChristmasLesson 22 Christmas Gifts 教材分析本课是义务教育教科书冀教版英语(三年级起点)六年级上册第四单元的第四课,是一节新授课。本单元学习的是有关西方的重要节日圣诞节的有关知识。本课是一节对话课,重点介绍在圣诞节购买礼物的一些相关句型和文化习俗,内容接近学生的生活。 教学目标【知识与能力目标】1. 学生能够听、说、读、写词汇:Santa, gift, special。2. 学生能熟练地运用句子:I want to buy some gifts for my family for Christmas. What would you like for Christmas, young man? Would you like a new sweater?3. 通过圣诞节赠送礼物,学生进一步了解西方习俗,同时也懂得关心他人。【过程与方法目标】通过活动培养学生能够正确运用所学习的词汇和句子。【情感态度价值观目标】培养学生大胆开口说英语的能力和小组合作竞争及互助意识,及通过圣诞节赠送礼物,使学生懂得关心他人。 教学重难点【教学重点】学生能够听、说、读、写词汇:Santa, gift, special。学生能够掌握本课时的核心句。【教学难点】学生能理解课文并灵活地应用所学知识进行交际。 课前准备课件。 教学过程Step 1. ReviewThe greeting between students and teacher:T: Good morning class.S: Good morning teacher.T: Hello, boys and girls.Whats the date today?Christmas is coming! Merry Christmas!(Design thinking: review the expression of time and lead in new knowledge in this lesson, to make a proficiency cohesion between old and new knowledge.)Step 2. Topic introducingBroadcast PPT2。T: What is this? What can you see from the picture?S: Christmas gift.Tell students that Danny and Li Ming is going to buy Christmas gifts and there will be a Christmas grandfather will in the shop. Lets go to see with them.Step 3. PresentationPPT3-PPT8 learn the first part of the lesson.Broadcast PPT3-4,teacher lead to read the text for several times until students can read it fluently.Teacher asks students:Where are Danny and Li Ming?What are they going to buy?Centering on the pictures in the book, have discuss. According to answer teachers question, students can have a basic understanding of the stories. Broadcast PPT5-8explain the knowledge points in turn.This part is mainly aiming at:What do you want to buy?你想要买什么?The usage and answer:这是由 what 引导的特殊疑问句,是询问对方想要买什么的句型,回答是:I want to buy某物example:What do you want to buy? 你想要买什么?I want to buy a coat. 我想要买一件外套。Would you like a new sweater?你想要一件新的毛衣吗?The usage and answer:Would you like .?用来礼貌地询问对方的意愿或委婉地提出请求、建议。(1) 后面跟名词或代词,表示“想要某物”。例句:Would you like some bread?你想要些面包吗?Yes, please./No, thanks.好的,太感谢了。/不,谢谢。(2) 后面跟“to动词原形”,表示“想要(某人)做某事”。例句:Would you like Jenny to wash the dirty dishes?想要詹妮洗这些脏盘子吗?Yes.是的。/No. I want to wash them.不。我想要洗它们。Caring:like与would like意思不一样,不能混淆。like意为“喜欢”,would like是“想要”,相当于want,但是would like比want更礼貌。Step 4. Lets do it!PPT9,complete the 2nd of the text.Students read the first part and answer the questions.Give students enough time to complete the questions.Teacher check the answers with students together, encourage students to point out the reason of mistakes of wrong sentences.(Design thinking: when they are working for items, lead students try to analyze how to solve problem, which will be good for solidify students fundamental knowledge.)Step 5.
