机械设计制造及其自动化专业(本科)培养方案Mechanism design, manufacturing and automatization Program(Degree)一、培养目标(黑体 五号 加粗)本专业培养德、智、体等全面发展,掌握机械设计制造及其自动化专业基本理论和基本知识,具有创新、创业能力和专业基本技能,能够在机械行业及相关单位或部门从事机电结合产品和系统的设计、制造,设备维护维修,企业经营管理工作的应用型高级工程技术人才。. Academic ObjectiveThe objective of this major is to train the professional person with innovation, entrepreneurship and basic skills of professional, who master basic theory and knowledge of the mechanism design and manufacturing professional, with moral, intellectual, and physical all-round development, can engaged in the products design, manufacturing, equipment maintenance, business management in mechanical industry and related enterprise or department.二、培养要求(一) 业务培养要求毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力: 1具备扎实的自然科学基础和良好的人文素质。2熟悉掌握计算机的基本知识和操作技能。3较系统地掌握本专业领域宽广的基础理论知识,主要包括工程力学、电工与电子技术、机械工程材料、机械设计基础、机械制造基础、自动化基础等基础知识。4具有机械设计所必需的设计、计算、制图和机械制造所必需的工艺制定及机械加工、检测、装配等基本技能。5掌握机械设备的控制过程分析调试技能。6掌握数控机床结构原理与应用、数控加工工艺与编程、数控机床故障诊断与维修的基本技能。7基本能力素质达到以下要求(不另计算学分):(1)英语应用能力:通过学院考核,取得学士学位须参加国家大学英语四级考试,达到学校规定的标准。(2)计算机应用能力:通过学院考核,取得学士学位须参加并通过省级或国家级一级或二级考试。(3)普通话考核:达到国家普通话水平测试二级乙等。(4)国家学生体质健康标准测试成绩合格。(5)职业技能:取得与专业相关的计算机软件工(CAD中级)、数控工艺员(中级)等职业技能资格证书。(二)学分要求毕业生必须修满培养方案规定的189学分,其中理论教学147.5学分,实践教学41.5学分。.Program Requirements Professional RequirementsGraduates are required to gain the following knowledge and abilities:a. Have a solid foundation of natural science and good human qualities.b. Familiar with basic knowledge and operational skills of the computer.c. More systematic grasp the wide foundational theories of broad professional area, including engineering mechanics, electrical and electronic technology, machinery engineering materials, mechanical design basis, machine manufacturing basis and automation basis.d. Possessed the basic skills required for mechanical design including design, calculation, drawings and required for mechanical manufacturing including technology development, processing, detecting and assembly. e. Mastering basic skills and techniques of structure theory and application of numerical control machine, technology and programming of numerical control machining, fault diagnosis and maintenance of numerical control machine. g. Requirements about basic dispositions and abilities are as follows:l Abilities of English application: Assessment of college should be passed. In addition, only when CET4 has been attended with the result of achieving the standard regulated by HEVTTC, can bachelor degree be awarded.l Application abilities of computer: Assessment of college should be passed. Only when provincial or national 1st or 2nd level test has been passed, can bachelor degree be awarded.l Mandarin assessment: grade B of national mandarin test level 2nd should be passed.l Test results of “National Students Health Standard” should be qualified.l Vocational skills: a vocational qualification certificate (or the intermediate certificate) about computer software engineering and numerical control should be obtained. Credit RequirementsTotal credits required for graduation: 189,theory required credits 147.5,practice credits: 41.5.三、学制与学位依据中华人民共和国高等教育法本科教育的基本修业年限为四年至五年,本专业的基本修业年限为四年,按学分制管理。本专业对符合条件的毕业生授予工学学士学位。.Length of education and DegreeBased on “the Higher Education Law of the Peoples Republic of China”, the basic period of undergraduate education is for 45 years. And basis limit study at school is needed for 4 years, during which, student can complete credit of diploma program according to credit management.Bachelor Degree of Engineering will be awarded to graduates who have been meeting the request.四、主干学科力学、机械工程 Main DisciplinesMechanics, Mechanical Engineering五、主要课程工程力学,机械设计基础,电工与电子技术,数控加工技术,机械工程材料,制造技术基础(金属工艺学、制造工艺)。 Main CoursesEngineering Mechanics, Mechanical design basis, Electrical and Electronic technology, Electronics, Numerical control machining technology, Machinery Engineering Materials, Machine manufacturing basis六、主要实践教学环节本专业实践性教学环节主要包括:国防教育、社会实践、各项技能训练、各类实习实训、毕业设计等,共40周。 Practice ScheduleThe main working practice includes: national defense education, social practice, diversified skills training, assorted exercitation, graduate paper design etc, which are 40 weeks totally.七、主要专业实验CAD上机实验,数控实验,工程材料实验,电工电子实验. Experiment Schedule CAD experiment,Numerical Control(NC) experiment, Engineering Materials experiment, Electrical and electronic experiment. 八、课程设置及教学进程计划表、专业选修课设置表、实践教学进程表. The graduates of this major can be trained as the senior technical talents in mechanical manufacturing or related fields, who can carry out of the work in the first line of machinery industry, such as mechanical production, application, assembly, maintenance, quality inspection, new product introduction and use of new technology and technology management.四、学制本专业的基本修业年限为三年。.
