eignbuyersarechargedlowerpricesthandomesticbuyersforanidenticalproduct,afterallowingfortransportationcostsandtariffduties.Sellinginforeignmarketsatapricebelowthecostofproductionisalsoconsidereddumping.Commercialdumpingisgenerallyviewedassporadic,predatory,orpersistentinnature.Eachtypeispracticedunderdifferentcircumstances.,4.3NontariffTradeBarriers,TheeffectsofanImportQuota,Intheabsenceoftrade,equilibriumwouldoccuratPointEwiththedomesticpriceofclothequalingP.Thefree-tradeequilibriumisloc
