日止长安大学汽车学院实习目的:毕业实习是教学过程中一个重要的实践性教学环节,是一次综合性实习。通过实习使我们这些只学习过理论,没有实践的学生在加深对专业理论知识的理解的同时,培养和提高我们实际操作和分析问题、解决问题的能力,让我们对各个领域的汽车制造有个初步的整体的感官认识和了解,使我们综合运用所学理论知识与汽车装配制造生产和设计实践紧密结合,为毕业后从事工程技术、生产实践等工作打下良好的基础。2007年3月26日到4月8日,我参加了有长安大学汽车学院组织的毕业实习教学实践活动。在为期两周的实习过程中,我们参观了西安比亚迪汽车生产基地,陕西汽车总厂,陕汽欧舒特客车厂,并且在长安大学渭水校区汽车试验室对宇通6890客车进行了深入细致的探讨与研究。在实习中,我在各公司指导老师的热心指导下,积极参与公司日常管理相关工作,注意把书本上学到的理论知识对照实际工作,用理论知识加深对汽车实际生产过程的认识,用实践验证所学的理论,探求汽车生产的本质与规律。简短的实习生活,既紧张,又新奇,收获也很多。通过实习,使我对汽车生产尤其是客车生产有了深层次的感性和理性的认识。第一个参观的是比亚迪西安生产基地,我第一次亲眼见到一辆汽车是如何诞生的。轿车生产有4个流程:冲压,焊装,涂装,总装。在工厂里,我见到了冲压,焊装和总装三个流程。由于比亚迪的涂装厂在原秦川厂老厂区,故而本次实习没有见到涂装车间。在车间负责人的带领下我们对比亚迪F3生产线进行了参观。从冲压车间开始我看见一辆车的车身从钢板开始,被送入冲压机冲压成车身的各个部分,这些冲压件被送人下一流程的焊装车间,在焊装车间里,这些冲压件被用人工和机械的形式焊接在一起。在这些冲压件被用于焊接前,这批冲压件必须经过质量抽查,在被确认精度符合要求的情况下才能被送往焊装车间。焊接成形的车身被送往涂装车间进行涂装后运到汽车生产的最后一个流程的车间总装车间。总装车间是本次实习中所参观到的最能吸引人的车间,在这个车间里,一辆车将由一个个总成安装在一起,形成一辆新车。总装车间分为十余道工序,在各道工序中,各总成被逐一安装到车身上,发动机、传动系,转向系、电气系统、车身内饰等进行逐项安装,最后,一辆新车就可以出车间了。在每辆车都经过测试后,才能真正进入市场流通。在这次参观中我知道了,汽车生产不止是机械式生产,人工生产占了很大比重,如汽车内饰的安装,电气系统的安装都需要人工安装,这也是机器人作业永远都无法完全取代人工作业的原因吧。通过对比亚迪的参观实习,让我对轿车的生产有个初步的了解,较完整的看到了一辆车是如何被制造装配出来的。让我亲眼见识到了一些加工工艺和流程,要保证一辆车的完整出炉,质量合格,需要的是从概念设计,到零件生产,再到整车组装,全面的协调和配合,汽车是现代科技的代表,一种综合性产物,需要的各方面人才团结协作,分工配合,这就意味着要生产好的车,需要有好的企业文化,引进优秀的人才,精诚努力,才能有自己的品牌和产品。第二个参观的是陕西重汽-高陵总厂,是陕汽集团新建的现代化生产基地,主要是斯太尔重卡的生产。陕汽集团占地面积326万平方米,拥有固定资产19.8亿元,职工近11000人,拥有自营进出口权。陕汽集团与德国曼公司的长期合作,独家引进畅销全球的MANF2000系列重卡技术,从而形成了中国重型汽车升级换代新产品。目前陕汽集团产品覆盖重型卡车、大客车(底盘)、中型卡车、重型车桥、康明斯发动机等领域。陕汽集团已拥有陕西重型汽车有限公司、陕西宝鸡华山工程车辆有限责任公司、陕西欧舒特汽车股份有限公司、西安康明斯发动机有限公司、陕西重汽汽车零部件有限责任公司等15个参股控股子公司,形成了以八百里秦川为链条的三地四块产业带。2005年,占地2700亩的商用汽车产业园一期工程顺利投产,该产业园包括投资5000万美元的康明斯发动机合资项目、重卡公司、汽车工程研究院、管理中心等,拥有具备轿车涂装水平的驾驶室涂装生产线、德国AFT驾驶室内饰装配宽滑板全自动流水线、德国引进的全套一级整车安全检测线等9条现代化流水生产线,形成双班年产重型车3万辆的生产能力。在老师的带领下,我们分三批乘坐专车来到高陵泾河工业园区,在公司人力资源部和技术部负责人的引领下,我们参观陕汽现代化的焊接车间,总装车间。在进入公司大门的那一刻,就给一种纪律严明,勤奋务实的感觉,诺大的一个生产基地,非常的整洁安静,没有见到有空在外闲逛的人。在焊接车间,我们第一次看到机器人焊接,现代化的生产流水线,先进的检测监控设备,听了技术人员给我们的讲解,才明白在实际加工中不仅要掌握加工要素和加工精度要求,对于操纵机器的工人,看似简单,但要很好的掌握机器的性能,工作时要集中精神,一分心,就可能出问题,而且要严格按照所要求和规定的进行操作。在作好自己的本分工作外,要懂得和学会合作,要明白自己的活在整个产品合格中的成分和重要性,就是做到心知肚明,掌握有度。在总装车间,我们先前工位组装开始,沿着装配流水线进行参观,装配车间好大,好干净,我们老师开玩笑水说,比我们的教室还干净。在人们的眼中,像汽车这种机械厂里肯定是油污到处,各种材料释放的气味混杂难闻,各样的零件,组件,配件零乱放置,没想到这么的干净,这就是现代化的车间环境,一个好的环境可以让工作人员,减少疲劳,提高效率,减少工作厌烦情绪的。高陵总厂主要生产的是斯太尔重型卡车,由于陕汽集团为国家提供军卡,为国家重点扶持的企业,所以他旗下有非常完整的零部件生产和供应体系,不仅和德国曼合作,引进先进的生产线,而且有他自己的研发技术,像我们看到30吨的车桥就是他们自己的车桥公司生产的,他们的生产都是按照买家的要求在生产,不再是先产后销,不会造成产品的积压,造成资源的浪费,效益的低下,生产的不合理等等。这些都说明,它正在走向科学化,合理化。第三个实习地点是长安大学渭水校区汽车试验场,在这次实习中,主要对宇通的6890大客车进行了参观,我们自己动手,对客车的总体尺寸,内部结构,骨架结构,底盘结构和发动机部分进行了实际测量,在指导老师的讲解下,我们对客车的了解更进了一步,以前书本上的知识也得到了融会贯通。最重要的是我们实际动手,通过测量,绘图,得到了多组数据,这对我们的毕业设计是个很大的帮助。最后一个实习地点是陕汽欧舒特客车生产基地,该生产基地是个老厂区,目前产量不是很高。但是这却是对我进行毕业设计帮助最大的地方,因为我的毕业设计题目是底盘总布置。在参观过程中,我看到了一台客车底盘的诞生。由于该产区较老,生产设备不先进,产量不大,故该厂目前只进行订货生产。不过由于该厂具有中国客车企业少有的底盘生产许可证,且其大型客车底盘生产研发能力较强,我还是受益匪浅。为期两周的实习时间虽短,但是在我们两年基础课学习。两年专业课学习后有这样的机会,对各个汽车生产企业的汽车生产流程进行参观,作为车辆工程专业的学生来说,这是极其宝贵的经历。二 选题:近年来,各级政府和相关职能部门为残疾人的康复、教育、就业培训、劳动就业做了大量的工作,残疾人事业发展取得了可喜得成绩。但是,残疾人事业的发展状况与经济社会发展的总体水平仍然存在较大差距。 残疾人需要什么样的车呢?随着社会经济的蓬勃发展,我们国家正以空前的速度进入了汽车时代。社会的发展进步,也给残疾人融入社会施展才干创造了更多的机会。他们也越来越多的参与正常的社会生活,交通的问题也越来越突出了。下肢残疾的残疾人很多需要以轮椅代步,普通的交通工具对于他们来说是难以上下的。因为下肢运动障碍,普通的汽车也无法驾驶。这就要求公共交通工具能够提供轮椅登车机构,而对有条件自驾车的残疾人可以通过加装手操纵装置,实现驾车梦想。这次毕业设计设计者有幸抽到这种创新机构设计题目,经过两个星期的毕业实习,懂得了许多关于大客车的知识,也在实习带队老师的讲解之下了解了大客车的相关构造,也在不知不觉中明白了这样一个基本准则设计就是不断协调矛盾的过程。概念性的创新也来源与生活,一切生活素材的整合才能有好的创新成果,概念成型后,经过实际的修正和实践的检验,必将诞生独特的发明这也是作为一个工程技术人员努力的最高境界。本次设计设计者也从互联网上看到了一些相关的图片,在看到效果图以后自己反复探究其构造,努力整合良好的设计因素,拚弃不利于设计者的结构因素来展开整个设计过程。二方案论证:由于设计者是学习车辆工程专业的学生,尤其对其中的残疾人轮椅升降系统感兴趣,现利用毕业设计这一锻炼四年所学知识的机会接到了兼用残疾人轮椅升降系统这一题目,利用一个多月的时间设计了一套轮椅升降机,该装置上有一放置轮椅的平台,平台前后各有一翻板,平台和前后翻板用来使轮椅从地面进入平台,进而进入车内。前后翻板还可防止轮椅在平台在升降过程中从平台前后方向滑落。该升降机由轮椅乘坐者或经过培训的服务员、司机操作。该系列升降机具有电动液压工作动力单元,动力单元内有一手动备用泵,在升降机断电或电控系统出现故障的情况下,可以通过手动装置的操作实现升降机的各种使用功能。设计之初的想法是,借鉴剪叉式液压升降机的原理,设计了十字叉式升降机构,整体动作为出下降提升至中位举升残疾人蹬车下降至中位机构收回等一系列动作,但这种设计的缺陷是,要实现预期动作的话,在升降机运动到中位的时候,必然涉及死点问题。所以整套机构过死点的问题也不好解决,想要绕开死点如果要实现,机构的复杂性是不言而喻的。第二种所寻找的法案就是江淮汽车的升降装置可以按照总布置的要求:协调好以下矛盾:在车门尺寸方面可以合理进行尺寸分配,且机构可以在残疾人蹬车以后自动收起,不与车门冲突;设计载荷150kg,采用双吊臂结构,可以保证选用材料经强度校核后安全可靠;本机构自身的吊臂上是弯曲的机构其空间上与汽车垂向的夹角与车内铰接点的连线与垂向的夹角相等,在加之设计者自己完善的平行四边形机构,保证了吊臂始终垂直(因为吊臂的弯曲部分始终方向不变,牵连的使吊臂垂直)。在对角线采用液压动力单元作为举升机构,所以整套机构和谐,轻便,安全并且在技术上可行。但是机构的缺点在于,机构安装在车身内部,势必要占据车内空间,牵扯到最大的一个问题就是,残疾人轮椅在上升到车门位置的时候,如何进入总布置布置的区域,而与升降机构不发生碰撞和摩擦,由于关系到乘员的安全问题,所以排除了此套方案。指导教师意见及建议:指导教师签名: 要随着人口老龄化问题的日益严重,老年人和残疾人的出行,在任何国家都会是一个问题。对这个问题解决的程度如何,反映着一个社会从科技水平到人文关怀等各方面的发达程度。但一直以来,现代许多工业化国家的交通运输部门对这种现状的重视程度还是不够即在交通工具上没有安装方便有行动障碍人士上下车的设施,这种现状存在着许多不和谐因素,更使群体分化加剧,社会人文关怀程度的下降。而在公交车上布置专用的残疾人蹬车门,并在此基础上装配残疾人轮椅升降系统具有方便行动不便人士上车的显著优点。例如:安全性好、机构简单、占地小、机械效率高、保密性好(指动力单元中液压元件)、寿命长、成本较低等。这些优点能够极大地反映着一个社会从科技水平到人文关怀等各方面的发达程度。实现行动不便人士蹬车无障碍化,并实现通过司乘人员,以及经过专门培训的人员对此套机构的简单辅助操作。首先应该从机构的可行性方案上进行深入讨论,通过对动力单元研究着手,然后经过反复细致的可行性,安全性分析以及对整个系统的运动校核,功能分析,而得到并形成系统的整体的结构,并且针对本系统的特点,来选择最适合的系统方案。因此,本文首先就方案的选择进行了研究。于设计者掌握的专业基础知识,互联网上的相关资料以及国内外已有的设计种类的现状,经过详细的方案调查,为本次毕业设计设计出了一套实用的兼用残疾人轮椅升降系统。本系统使用液压回路中的锁紧机构作为动力单元,采用十字叉式举升机构。论文方案选择的论证开始,详细介绍了方案分析、设计流程和计算流程,并进行了必要的动力系统总体结构设计、传力机构的设计校核等。主要用于实现对市内交通工具为满足行动不便的人士的升降平台的设计,实现对其能顺利上下车,进一步体现人文关怀。关键词: level to human concern. But for a long time, many modern industrialized country show little concern on the current transportation problem, they neglect to equip machinery for the disable to login in or out the bus. There exists some unharmonious problems in the phenomenon, it may cause the apartment for the public concentration and the reduction on the human concern. Equipping special door for the disable in the general distribution for the bus, and equipping elevating system for the disable on the basic of the door have advantages. For these advantages,safety,easy-operating,volum saving, high efficient, good package(hydraulic power unit),long using time and low cost is the prior concern for the manufacture and the public. These advantages greatly show the degree of progress from social technology to the human concern.To realize the no-disturb for the disable to login and the special trained servant to operate this set of machinery,we should first talk deeply about the feasibility of this machinery. Through the analysis on the power unit, the analysis on the feasibility ,safety, movement evaluating and the analysis of using afterwards, we establish the general structure, and we can also choose the suitable structure according to the system. Therefore, we first study the choose on the structure. Based on the knowledge, some file on the internet and the current state of the relevant machineries home and aboard, we have performed up-to-date study and design a set of elevating system for the disable to login on bus. 页装订线毕业设计(论文)报告纸汽车制造行业应用的高新技术以下十项高新技术并不是现今汽车工业高新技术的全部,但它们基本可以代表世界汽车未来20年的发展态势。因此,对这些高新技术做一个全面的了解也会为你能够掌握世界汽车的科技动态有所帮助1、V10引擎研制公司:BMW应用车型:宝马M5新款宝马“M5”配备了V型10缸新型发动机,V10引擎排量为5.0L,最大输出功率为378kW(507bhp),最大扭矩为520Nm。V10引擎采用自然吸气,从8250rpm起进入红区限制(发动机转速界限)。与上一代M5配备的V型8缸引擎相比,V10输出功率增加了25%,确保了1L排量超过100bhp的输出功率,这使M5具有了赛车般的超凡性能,V10引擎为了平衡曲轴的运转,将气缸倾斜角设置成了90;为了确保耐爆缸、高旋转及振动的刚性,它的曲轴箱采用了舵芯骨架结构。支撑曲轴的轴承有6个,该公司在V型引擎上采用支架构造,尚属首次。V10引擎每个气缸有4个阀门,配备bi-VANOS(可变阀门正时结构)。该引擎配套使用的变速箱为7速自动MT“SMG”。特点是缩短了变速时间,与以前的SMG相比,变速时间缩短了20%左右。另外,它还设定了配合运动模式的11种选配方式。V型10缸引擎与其它特种引擎一样,在该公司位于德国慕尼黑的工厂利用柔性生产线生产。2、后悬弯曲车轴 WATTS连杆研制公司:梅塞德斯奔驰应用车型:A-Class梅赛德斯奔驰公司最近宣布全面改进了“A-Class”小型车,并将于2004年秋季开始上市。新款“A-Class”车身尺寸为长3838mm,宽1764mm,高1593mm,轴距为2568mm。与现有款式的不同之处是车长、车宽及轴距分别增加了232mm、45mm和145mm。这是因为在它的车身后部采用了新开发的弯曲后车轴以及可根据不同情况改变衰减力的减震器。这使新款“A-Class”在普通行驶时具有了良好的减震效果,而在高速转弯时又提高了车辆的稳定性。应该说,新款A-Class的后部悬挂采用了前所未有的形式就是使用了一种能够直接连接左右轮毂的刚性车轴,然后让重量由位于轮毂旁边的弹簧和减震器来共同承担。这种车轴向前大幅弯曲,车轴中央设计有承担车身重量的支撑点。 悬挂后部左右两侧横向各设计有一根臂杆,位置比车轴稍高。从平面上来看,两根臂杆连接于车身的安装部位采用的是WATTS式。因此,只向车身传递未经任何变化的左右力(横力),而几乎不传递前后力。也就是说,横向刚性高而前后向刚性低,属于最理想的悬挂特性。实际上,后悬挂采用刚性WATTS连杆的设计在马自达第一代“RX-7”等车型上也曾有过先例,但都没有“A-Class”表现得如此清晰,况且“A-Class”还避免了“悬挂臂杆一侧的轮毂以前后方向为轴转动”这一问题。后悬弯曲车轴在“Monaka构造”中还配合使用了两枚钢板,WATTS连杆左右臂杆采用的是高拉成型(High Draw Form)品,而WATTS连杆中央的连杆则为铸造品。3、钢铝组合结构车身研制公司:BMW应用车型:宝马新5系新5系是世界上首款采用创新的钢铝组合结构的汽车。车辆前部采用铝材,前侧面板和前盖也使用铝材制造,A柱周围的车身其它部分由钢材制成。还有,前侧面板和前盖也是使用铝材制造。这一新技术的采用,使得整车重量(视车型不同)比其各自的前代车型最多减轻了75千克。由于采用了包括全新设计的铝制钢制车身结构、完善的整体创新科技理念,宝马新5系带给用户精彩无比的动态驾驶体验。概括说来,新5系轿车在降低整车重量的同时,提高了使用空间和舒适性,增强了燃油经济性并提供了更强劲的动力性能,同时,车桥负载分布也更为合理,达到完美的50:50。 宝马新5系的底盘在很大程度上延续了BMW 7系列的全铝底盘,后桥也体现了来自BMW7系列整体式设计原理的新特征,使5系的车桥构造完全能够满足来自悬架的所有基本要求,如极好的线路控制和行驶乐趣等。4、“GloCar”变色汽车研制公司:福特汽车公司应用车型:Ford 野马福特汽车公司于今年4月24日发表了可以利用LED随意改变车身颜色的概念车“GloCar”该车车身覆盖了一层射出成形的半透明塑料面板,可利用其内部的LED改变车身外部颜色。其优点大体上有两点,首先是夜间行驶的安全性。由于发光的车身很容易被其它车辆看清楚,因此不仅能够减少在十字路口等处的交通事故,而且车身外板还可用作刹车和转向等指示灯。另外,还可以用于告诉后方司机注意保持车距。另一个优点是其设计,车身可以变为黑色以外的任何颜色。此外,还有望简化生产过程。由于不需喷漆,因此不仅能够简化生产过程,还能够减少大气污染。同时因为车外板只有一种颜色,还会给流通和销售带来方便。5、沃尔沃的汽车安全新措施研制公司:富豪汽车公司应用车型:沃尔沃SCC安全概念车据统计,全球每年有50万人死于交通事故,而受伤的人数更是高达1500万,这恰恰等于北京目前的固定人口总数!因此一辆优秀的汽车首先要追求的是过硬的安全性能,其次才是其它功能。虽然世界上没有那个官方组织将“世界上最安全汽车”的称号授予给沃尔沃,但沃尔沃的确是汽车安全的无冕之王,即使如此沃尔沃依旧在不断推出新的安全措施,使汽车成为人类最安全的交通工具。沃尔沃最新型的主动安全系统在以下两个方面有所突破:一是世界首创可覆盖盲点的摄像机监视系统;二是带距离监测功能的智能巡航定速系统;三是出现撞车危险时可发出警示并自动增强制动力的装置。所谓“盲点信息系统”的主要用途就是用一个车载摄像机监视系统,不断监视车辆两侧和后面的情况。以前为了减小盲区一般都在驾驶者一侧的车外后视镜上面配置了一个宽角度的附加后视镜,这就是我们经常在后视镜上面见到的一个小圆形的镜子。“盲点信息系统”的原理是将两台响应速度极高的摄像头分别放置在每个车门上的后视镜上,当另一辆汽车进入监视区内时,放置在车门后视镜附近的警示灯就会闪亮。驾驶者就可以知道另外一辆车正在靠近,从而采取规避措施。每个摄像头的监视区的长度为9.5米,宽度为3米,车载电脑系统内所编制的程序无论在白天还是夜间都可监视所有汽车和摩托车,但是不会对停靠在路边的车辆、路边的篱笆、发生事故后报废的车辆以及路灯柱等物体作出反应。只要车辆时速超过10公里,该系统就都会挥发作用,对于所监视的其他车辆,不管是速度比本车慢范围在20公里/小时的车辆还是比本车快出70公里/小时的车辆,该系统都能准确地向驾驶者发出警报。“盲点信息系统”所采用的技术首先应用于2001年推出的沃尔沃SCC安全概念车内。“智能巡航定速系统”的目的是让驾乘者在路况良好的高速公路上能够更加轻松地驾驶车辆。该系统可不间断地监测与前方车辆之间所保持的距离,并自动调整车速以便与之保持适当的安全距离。驾驶者只要设置好行车所需的最大速度和与前方车辆的最小“时间距离”之后便可激活智能巡航。“时间距离”指的是按照当前车速本车与前车的接触时间,这项参数可以在1至3秒的范围内变动。假如选定的时间间隔为2秒钟,则对于时速为100公里/小时的汽车来说,安全距离约为56米,而当时速降为70公里/小时的时候,安全距离就随着降至约39米。“智能巡航定速系统”还会把进入车道内实施超车的车辆考虑在内。
