WORK ON THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS CAN BE DANGEROUS.警 告:遵守液压安全程序,液压系统工作会比较危险。WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THE SAFETY DEVICES AND THE WARNING NOTICES ARE IN POSITION BEFORE YOU START A TASK ON OR NEAR: -THE FLIGHT CONTROLS-THE FLIGHT CONTROL SURFACES -THE LANDING GEAR AND THE RELATED DOORS -COMPONENTS THAT MOVE. MOVEMENT OF COMPONENTS CAN KILL OR INJURE PERSONS.警 告:在以下区域工作时确保安全防护和警告标识已经准备好:-飞控系统-飞控表面-起落架和相关的舱门-可移动的部件这些部件作动可能伤害到人通用步骤/GENERAL PROCEDURESa. 详细目视检查液压部件及其接头有无漏油。Detail visual check the leak trace / evidence of HYD components and their joints / unions.b. 详细目视检查相关区域或者部件是否存在黑色的沉积物或残留物;黑色的沉积物或残留物通常意味 着封圈或密封件老化或者恶化,需要依据AMM 20-29-00-911-801更换封圈。Detail visual check for wheather there is any black deposits or residuals of hydraulic componentsor within pertinent area, which frequently means that it or them get(s) a o-ring / seals burn-in or deterioration,need install new seal refer to AMM TASK 20-29-00-911-801 .c. 用抹布清洁液压部件、液压管以及临近区域内的挂油和油迹;对有漏油痕迹的部件需根据手册重新打压测试:若仍有渗漏按需调节,更换封圈或更换液压部件。Use the rugs to clean the fluid drops and trace of HYD components, tubes/hoses and its adjacent area.For the leak component, refer to related AMM,pressurize the affected HYDsystem renewdly for leak check, If the leak still exists, do the adjusting work, replacethe O-ring/packing / seal or the component when applicable.A Preparation/准备1. Make sure that the Aircraft Electrical Circuits are energized (Ref. AMM TASK24-41-00-861-801) .确保飞机电源已接好(参考AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-801)2. Make sure that the Green, Blue and Yellow hydraulic system are depressurized and put it in themaintenance configuration. (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-804) .确保绿、蓝、黄液压系统已经释压并处于维护构型(参考AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-804)3. Make sure that the Main Landing Gear (MLG) door is open (Ref. AMM TASK32-12-00-010-801) and Install the safety device on the actuator of the MLGdoor (Ref.AMMTASK32-00-00-481-802)打开做主起落架舱门(参考AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-801)并安装主起落架舱门作动器安全防护装置(参考(Ref.AMMTASK32-00-00-481-802)B. Procedure/步骤注1 / Note 1:由于本EO所涉及的液压部件的构型及图非常多,故并未列出所有构型的图;对于某个液压部件,本EO所列的图仅是示意相关被检查液压部件的位置;实际位置及构型应以IPC或者AMM手册为准。This EO doesnt list every figure for separated configuration of individual affected airplane, because that there are a fat lot of figures in manuals. With regard to one HYD component/unit, this EO only aims at illustrating its location severally, which is regardless of the configurations and details. And you should refer to associative IPC or AMM for benchmark. 注2 / Note 2:检查管路上所有插入式接头的红色标记。如发现管路接头红色标记带错位,需根据相应AMM章节处理并测试渗漏。Inspect the red marking on all the plug-in unions on the manifold .If any red marking is not aligned, accomplish the correctIve actions refer to associative AMMand.leakage check procedure.1. Visual inspection Green HP Filter Manifold (FIN 5102JM) and attachments (Ref.FIG 1), Record in Table 1 :- the union and connectors,- the check valve (FIN 5316JM101, 5316JM102)- the Fluid Sampling Valve (FIN 5123JM1)- the filter cup (FIN 5111JM101, 5111JM102) and so onIf you find sign of leakage, perform the process refer to applicable TASK AMM29-11-45-400-801, 29-11-53-400-806, 29-11-53-400-805, 20-23-22-910-801,29-11-42-400-801.参考图1目视检查绿系统HP FILTER MANIFOLD (FIN 5102JM)区域及其附件,并记录在后续检查表1内:- 管接头- 单向活门(FIN 5316JM101, 5316JM102)- 取样阀(FIN 5123JM1)- 滤杯(FIN 5111JM101, 5111JM102)等发现油液渗漏痕迹则按照相应AMM 29-11-45-400-801,29-11-53-400-806,29-11-53-400-805,20-23-22-910-801章节要求完成处理并检查测试措施。2. Visual inspection Green HP Manifold (FIN 5103JM) and attachments (Ref. FIG 2),Record in Table 2:- the union and connectors- HP Relief Valve (FIN 5021JM1)- Pressure-Transducer (FIN 6JS1)- Pressure-Switch (FIN 7JS1)- Leakage-Measurement Solenoid-Valve (FIN 1JL1)- Flight-Control Hydraulic Pressure-Switch (FIN 19CE1) and so on. FIG 3),Record in Table 3:- the union and connectors- HP Relief Valve (FIN 5021JM2)- Pressure-Transducer (FIN 6JS2)- Pressure-Switch (FIN 7JS2)- Leakage-Measurement Solenoid-Valve (FIN 1JL2)- HP Filter (FIN 5111JM2)- the check valve (FIN 5316JM201)- the Fluid Sampling Valve (FIN 5123JM2)- Flight-Control Hydraulic Pressure-Switch (FIN 19CE2) and so on. FIG 4),Record in Table 4:- the union and connectors- HP Relief Valve (FIN 5021JM3)- Pressure-Transducer (FIN 6JS3)- Pressure-Switch (FIN 7JS3)- Leakage-Measurement Solenoid-Valve (FIN 1JL3)- HP Filter (FIN 5111JM3)- the check valve (FIN 5316JM301)- the Fluid Sampling Valve (FIN 5123JM3)- Flight-Control Hydraulic Pressure-Switch (FIN 19CE3) and so on. Visual inspect Green Power Accumulator (FIN 5151JM1), Blue Power Accumulator (FIN5151JM2) and Yellow Power Accumulator (FIN 5151JM3) hydraulic tube connectors(Ref. FIG 5, 6, 7), Record correspondingly in Table 5, Table 6 and Table 7 .If you find sign of leakage, perform the process refer to applicable TASK AMM 29-11-42-400-801, 29-12-42-400-801, 29-13-42-400-801, 20-23-22-910-801.参考图5,6,7目视检查绿,蓝,黄系统储压器(FIN 5151JM1, 5151JM2, 5151JM3)液压接头并相应地记录在后续检查表5,6,7内。发现油液渗漏痕迹则按照相应AMM9-11-42-400-801, 29-12-42-400-801,29-13-42-400-801, 20-23-22-910-801章节要求完成处理并检查测试措施。6. Visual inspection Green Brake Manifold (FIN 5105JM) and attachments (Ref. FIG8),Record in Table 8:- the union and connectors- Priority Valve (FIN 5121JM)- Filter ASSY (FIN 5200GG)- Brake Selector Valve (FIN 4GG)and so on. If you find sign of leakage, perform the process refer to applicable TASK AMM29-12-53-400-805, 29-12-32-400-801, 29-31-15-400-802, 29-31-16-400-802,29-19-51-400-802, 29-12-45-400-801, 29-12-53-400-806, 27-92-17-400-802, 29-11-53-400-807,20-23-22-910-801.参考图8目视检查绿系统刹车MANIFOLD (FIN 5105JM)区域及其附件,并记录在后续检查表8内:- 管接头- 优先活门(FIN 5121JM)- 油滤(FIN 5200GG)- 刹车选择活门(FIN 4GG)等,发现油液渗漏痕迹则按照相应AMM 29-12-53-400-805, 29-12-32-400-801, 29-31-15-400-802,29-31-16-400-802, 29-19-51-400-802, 29-12-45-400-801, 29-12-53-400-806,27-92-17-400-802, 29-11-53-400-807,20-23-22-910-801章节要求完成处理并检查测试措施。7. Visual inspect Parking Alternate Brake Accumulator (FIN 5426GG , 5427GG)and hydraulic tube connectors(Ref. FIG 9), Record in Table 9.If you find sign of leakage, perform the process refer to applicable TASK AMM 32-44-11-400-801,20-23-22-910-801.参考图9目视检查蓝系统刹车储压器(FIN 5426GG , 5427GG)及相关液压管路接头并记录在后续检查表9内。发现油液渗漏痕迹则按照相应AMM 32-44-11-400-801, 20-23-22-910-801章节要求完成处理并检查测试措施。8. Visual inspect Slat Power Control-Unit (FIN 5000CW), Flap Power Control-Unit (FIN 5000CV) and hydraulic tube connectors(Ref. FIG 10A,10B), Record in Table 10A and Table 10B. If you find sign of leakage, perform the process refer to applicable TASK AMM 27-84-51-400-801, 27-54-51-400-80, 20-23-22-910-801.参考图10A,10B目视检查缝翼PCU(FIN 5000CW),襟翼PCU(FIN 5000CV)及相关液压管路接头,并记录在后续检查表10A,10B内。发现油液渗漏痕迹则按照相应AMM 27-84-51-400-801, 27-54-51-400-80, 20-23-22-910-801章节要求完成处理并检查测试措施。9. Visual inspect MLG-Door Bypass Valve (FIN 5228GA , 5229GA) (Ref.FIG 11,12). Record in Table 11 and Table 12.If you find sign of leakage, perform the process refer to applicable TASK AMM 32-31-13-400-802, 20-23-22-910-801.参考图11,12目视检查左右主起落架舱门旁通活门(FIN 5228GA , 5229GA)并记录在后续检查表11,12内。发现油液渗漏痕迹则按照相应AMM 32-31-13-400-802, 20-23-22-910-801章节要求完成处理并检查测试措施。10. Visual inspect NLG-Door Bypass Valve (FIN 5205GA) (Ref.FIG 13). Record in Table 13.If you find sign of leakage, perform the process refer to applicable TASK AMM 32-31-13-400-801, 20-23-22-910-801.参考图13目视检查前起落架舱门旁通活门(FIN 5205GA)并记录在后续检查表13内。发现油液渗漏痕迹则按照相应AMM 32-31-13-400-801, 20-23-22-910-801章节要求完成处理并检查测试措施。11. Visual inspect the pipe(P/N: F3241032200000) between alternate brake dual valve(FIN 5403GG) and alternate brake dual shuttle valve(FIN 5404GG) (Ref.FIG 14). Record in Table 14.If you find sign of leakage, perform the process refer to applicable TASK AMM 32-43-14-400-801, 32-45-16-400-801, 20-23-22-910-801.参考图14目视检查备用刹车双活门(FIN 5403GG)与备用刹车双换向活门(FIN 5404GG)间管路(P/N: F3241032200000),并记录在后续检查表14内。发现油液渗漏痕迹则按照相应AMM 32-43-14-400-801, 32-45-16-400-801, 20-23-22-910-801章节要求完成处理并检查测试措施。12. Clean the braking return hose(PN: 201042322) of L/R MLG, Check for the leakage,kinks,cuts,chafing and broken wires.(Ref.FIG 15A,15B ITEM 10). Record in Table 15.If you find sign of leakage, kinks,cuts,chafing and broken wires, then perform the process refer to applicable TASK AMM 32-11-11-000-802-A, 32-11-11-400-802-A,20-23-11-400-801-A.参考图15A及15B的项目10,清洁左/右主起落架刹车回油软管(P/N:201042322),检查是否存在渗漏痕迹及折裂,切口,磨损和断丝现象,并记录在后续检查表15内。如发现油液渗漏痕迹或折裂,切口,磨损和断丝现象,则按照相应AMM 32-11-11-000-802-A,32-11-11-400-802-A和20-23-11-400-801-A章节要求完成更换刹车回油软管并测试。13.
