概述本项目是是将京博石化C4合成MTBE裂解的高纯异丁烯用于生产聚合级甲基丙烯酸甲酯,而专门设计的一套年产13.5万吨甲基丙烯酸甲酯的装置。本项目使得C4资源得到了合理化利用。本项目工艺分为三个工段,分别为高纯异丁烯氧化工段,甲基丙烯酸甲酯合成工段,甲基丙烯酸甲酯精制工段,本工艺方法先通过空气氧化高纯异丁烯得到甲基丙烯醛,然后与通过甲醇为介质进行一系列单元操作后进入浆态床反应器进行气液固相反应,反应器出来的是原料气和产品的混合物,本设计采用日本旭化成公司的专利,对产品混合物进行分离,最终得到的产品甲基丙烯酸甲酯纯度达到99.94%。本项目对甲基丙烯酸甲酯的产能为13.5万吨/年。本设计团队在设计过程中利用Aspen Plus V10对全流程进行模拟,并在此基础上完成物料衡算、能量衡算,Aspen plus V10全模拟流程如图1.1所示:图1.1全流程模拟流程图第二章 能量衡算原理系统的能量衡算能量守恒为理论基础,研究某一系统内各类型的能量的变化,即:输入系统的能量=输出系统的能量+系统积累的能量对于连续系统,有:Q+W=Hout-Hin注:Q设备的热负荷;W输入系统的机械能;Hout离开设备的各物料焓之和;Hin进入设备的各物料焓之和。本项目的能量衡算以单元设备为对象,计算由机械能转换、化学反应释放能量和单纯的物理变化带来的热量变化。第三章 能量衡算任务(1)确定流程中机械所需的功率,为设备设计和选型提供依据。(2)确定精馏各单元操作中所需的热量或冷量及传递速率,确定加热剂和冷剂的用量,为后续换热和公用工程的设计做准备。(3)确定反应过程中的热交换量,指导反应器的设计和选型。(4)最终计算出所需的能量和费用,判定工艺过程的经济性。第四章 能量衡算表4.1 异丁烯氧化工段4.1.1 混合罐(V0101、V0102)表4-1
