MULTI-JET DAILY PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAM2. SCOPE AND APPLICATIONThese methods are applicable to the Quspa-MsL machine and the Multi-Jet dispense head with its HMI interface. The following procedures will guide the operators of this system from daily start-up protocols to the shutdown of the dispensing system. These procedures include the operation of the HMI, assembly and disassembly of parts on to the machine as well as proper cleaning and maintenance of the Multi-Jet. 3. DEFINITIONS Quspa-MsL High precision dispensing machine with linear servo motor drive gantry system. Multi-Jet High precision dispensing head HMI (Human Machine Interface) touch screen interface for Multi-Jet system4. SAFETY WARNINGSProper precaution should always be taken when operating large machinery, especially while the robot is moving at fast speeds during its dispensing sequence. Ensure that there are no foreign items, including body parts, placed inside the machine during the dispensing operation. Additionally, strictly follow the safety data sheets (SDS) guidelines of all solvents and materials being used. The operator should wear protective gloves and eyewear when handling such material at all time during the cleaning process. 5. MACHINE START-UP1.Switch the electrical breaker of the machine on which is located behind its back panel2.Wait a few minutes for computer start-upThe main menu of the Quspa software will appear as shown.3.Press the two green switches in the following order:1. Operation2.
