Normally it is at the state of opening or closing. And it could function as regulating the flow when it is at the state of slightly open. And the shaft could be upward or horizontal. When the valve is operated, it could be at the state of fully open or fully closed. And it could regulate the flow when it is slightly opened.3 阀门的安装应考虑手柄的转角空间和日常维护方便。3 When the valve is installed, corner space of the lever and facility of daily maintenance should be considered.4 安装时，应按对角方向均匀拧紧螺母，并配以适当的力矩，以保证阀门与管道法兰间连接密封可能。 4 When the valve is installed, tight nuts according to opposite angles with appropriate torque so as to make sure good sealing performance between the valve and the pipeline.5 运输或安装过程中，手柄和阀杆不允许用作起吊。 5 It is forbidden to hang valve on handwheel and shaft during the installation and transportation. 6 通过管路的介质不应带有硬质颗粒，以免损伤密封面。6 The medium should not be hard particles in order to protect the sealing face. 8 本阀门出厂前按API6D标准逐台进行检验与试验，合格后予以出厂。安装单位可直接压力试验或安装使用。8 This valves must be tested 100% according.to API 6D before leaving our factory,and release after the goods passed the acceptance.User can make the pressure test and install directly.七 可能发生的故障和消除办法 Troubles likely to happen and ways to solve常见故障Troubles likely to happen产生原因Cause预防、排除方法Prevention and solution1、 填料处的外漏 Packing leakage 1、 填料超过使用期限老化Packing is not valid2、 操作不当，用力过猛Improper handling, work too hard3、 压盖歪斜，致使阀杆磨损，填料损坏Gland deflect causes stem abrasion and packing damage1、 及时更换 Change in time2、 应严守操作规程，以匀速下常力量操作Operate properly and operate with common force3、 应均匀压紧活节螺栓，消除单边磨擦Tight bolting evenly and eliminate unilateral friction2、 垫片处外漏Gasket leakage1、 操作不平稳，引起压力、温度上下波动Operate not smoothly, cause pressure and temperature fluctuate 2、 垫片的压紧力不够Pressure force is not enough3、 垫片的压紧力不均匀Pressure force is not even1、 精心调节、平稳操作Regulate elaborately, operate smoothly2、 预紧力应符合要求，Pre-tightening force shall conform with requirement3、 应均匀对称地拧紧螺栓Tighten the bolts smoothly 3常见故障Troubles likely to happen产生原因Cause预防、排除方法Prevention and solution3、 密封面泄漏（内漏）Leakage of the sealing face (internal leakage)1、 球面损伤造成阀座面带来伤痕产生损坏现象Spherical bruise causes face of seat ring damage2、 限位块磨损或损坏影响球的定位产生关闭未到位Stop block abrasion or damage influences the ball position bias1、 对关闭不严的及时修复球和阀座或更换球和阀座Adjust the ball and seat ring or change the ball and seat ring2、 定期检查限位块，有磨损的及时更换 Check the stop block regularly and change if any abrasion4、 关闭件磨损产生泄漏 Closure mem
