高二英语高二英语时态总结（一）通用版时态总结（一）通用版 【本讲主要内容】 时态总结（一） 一般现在时（The Present Indefinite） 一般过去时（The Past Indefinite） 现在进行时（The present Continuous） 过去进行时（The Past Continuous） 【知识总结归纳】 一. 一般现在时（The Present Indefinite） 1. 表示习惯性、经常性的动作。常与表习惯的副词 always, every time, now and then, occasionally, often, seldom, sometimes, usually 等连用。 We often get up at six in the morning. 2. 在由 when, if after, before, although, as soon as, the minute, the next time, whether, because, even if, in case, though, till, until, unless, so long as, whatever, wherever 等引导的表示条件, 条件, 比较等状 语从句中，用一般现在时代替将来时。 Ill tell him about this when he comes. The next time you come, he will be a grown-up. 3. 少数动词，表示一个按规定、计划或安排要求发生的动作，用一般现在时代 替将来时。 The meeting begins at ten tomorrow morning. 二. 一般过去时（The Past Indefinite） 1. 常与说明过去时间的状语连用； I went to cinema with my wife last night. 2. 用在没有说明过去的时间状语的句子中。它主要是表示过去某时某刻发生的 动作或存在的状态； When we arrived there, they gave us a warm welcome. 3. 表示过去某段时间内经常发生的动作或存在的状态。 I talked to him many time, but he just didnt listen. 三. 现在进行时（The present Continuous） 1. 主要说明动作的暂时性、有限度的持续性和未完成性。 I was learning English at the moment. 2. 表示按计划或安排即将发生的动作。 Hes leaving for Paris next month. 3. 某些动词的进行式与 always, often, forever, constantly 连用时，表示 赞叹、赞扬、抱怨、生气、不耐烦。 You are always complaining, buddy! 下面是现在进行时和一般现在时的用法比较 The computer is working perfectly. The computer works perfectly. For this week we are starting work at 7:30. We start work at &30. 四. 过去进行时（The Past Continuous） 1. 表示过去某一时刻或阶段正在发生的动作，通常与连词 when 及具体的时间 状语连用。 I was reading a newspaper yesterday morning. 2. 过去进行时表示两个同时发生的动作，强调对比，常用连词 when, while, as 来引导，主句用一般过去时。 When he came in, we were watching TV. 3. 把过去进行时的某一个动作作为叙述的背景，以说明另一个动作的发生。 I was walking in the street the other day when suddenly a car stopped beside me. The baby was crying, and suddenly the crying stopped. I was leaving the house, when the telephone rang. 4. 某些动词的进行式与 always, often, forever, constantly 连用时，表示 赞叹、赞扬、抱怨、生气、不耐烦。 He was often lying. 下面是过去进行时和一般过去时的区别 She was waving her hand. She waved her hand. The frog was jumping up and down. The frog jumped up and down. She was nodding. She nodded. 【题型展示】 1.
