So we were late.?我的疑惑 请将预习中不能解决的问题写下来,供课堂解决。【探究案】质疑探究质疑解疑、合作探究探究点一:重点单词与短语 学习建议 分析所给例句,根据提示总结重难点单词、短语和句型的用法。1.unusual adj. 不寻常的He likes clothes that are unusual.他喜欢不同寻常的衣服。Snow is unusual sight in this warm place.雪在这个温暖的地方是一种罕见的景象。Is there anything unusual in our house?我们家有不同寻常的事情吗?I drove to work as usual.我像往常一样开车去上班。思考:unusual 的发音以元音因素开头,因此,若前面出现不定冠词,应用an.unusual 修饰不定代词时,应后置。unusual 的反义词是usual,常构成短语 as usual “像往常一样”探究点二:重难点句子探究1.I like movies that are sad. 我喜欢悲伤的电影。I like movies that have scary monsters.我喜欢有可怕的怪物的电影。思考:两个句子的画线部分在句中作定语,是定语从句。先行词是movies,指物,故关系代词用that且that 在定语从句中作主语。尽管that 作主语,但其谓语的形式仍取决于先行词的数。Movies是复数,故谓语仍是复数,与that无关。He likes writers who explain things well.他喜欢会好好地解释的作家。Who 引导定语从句,修饰先行词writers,指人。本句中为什么用explain 而不用explains? 当引导词在句中作主语时,定语从句的谓语动词的数由先行词决定。因为先行词是writers,故用explain 而不用explains. 探究点三: 语法 定语从句 (三)3. 定语从句中的谓语的单复数关系代词用作主语时,从句的谓语动词在人称和数上与先行词保持一致。We prefer music that has great lyrics.I love singers who write their own music.跟踪训练Its well known that Zhou Jielun is a singer who _( be) popular with the young.4.定语从句中介词的位置关系代词whom, which 在从句中作介词宾语时,介词可以放在whom, which 的前面,也可以放在从句原来的位置上。The man to whom you talked is my teacher.= The man whom you talked to is my teacher.和你谈话的那个人是我的老师。若该介词与它前面的动词构成固定短语,就不能提到whom, which之前了。This is the book which you are looking for.(look for 是固定短语,for 不能提前)5. 下列情况只能用that 不能用whicha. 先行词被序数词或形容词最高级所修饰,或本身是序数词、基数词、形容词最高级时,只能用that。如:He was the first person that passed the exam.b.被修饰的先行词为all, any, much, many, everything, anything, none, the one等不定代词时,只能用that。如:Is there anything that you want to buy in the shop?c.先行词被the only, the very, the same, the last, little, few 等词修饰时,只能用that。例如:This is the same bike that I lost.d. 先行词里同时含有人或物时,只能用that。例如:I can remember well the persons and some pictures that I saw in the room.e.以who或which引导的特殊疑问句,为避免重复,只能用that。如:Who is the girl that is crying? 正在哭泣的那个女孩是谁?f.主句是there be 结构,修饰主语的定语从句用that,而不用which.例如:There is a book on the desk that belongs to Tom. 将下列句子合并为含有定语从句的复合句1.
