Module 6 HobbiesUnit 1 Do you collect anything?(第一课时)一、学习目标:1. 初步掌握本课重点词汇和句型,初步理解课文内容,提高有关爱好一类话题的听力技能,通过语音训练拓展日常交际用语2. 初步理解英语中句型的语法3. 培养学生广泛的兴趣爱好,引起他们对于生活乐趣和意义的关注二、学习重点:听懂有关爱好的对话三、学习难点:理解爱好的意义和作用 课前预习一、使用说明与学法指导1. 朗读并识记单词表中本课新词汇,预习课文对话,初步理解,不会读或不能理解的用红笔标记2. 限时15分钟完成二、教材助读1. 朗读并识记听力部分的单词并根据活动预测听力内容,为听力扫除障碍2. 仔细预习课本语法部分关于本模块的语法知识,整理出英语中六种常用的简单句型:1) _2) _3) _4) _5) _6) _三、预习自测(一)用英语写出下列单词1. 邮票 2. 架子;隔板 3. 作为;当4. 美元 5. 英镑 6. 一定;肯定7. 纸币 8. 硬币 9. 扇子10. 价值;有用性 11. 值钱的;有价值的 12. 仅仅;只13. 用 (二)通过理解上下文在对话中找出下列短语 1. 想要某人做某事_ 2. 占据;占用(时间/空间)_3. find somewhere to sit down_ 4. a bit of a mess_5. put . on the shelf_ 6. 看一看;瞧瞧_7. 大多数_ 8. give sb. sth. as a present_9. from all over the world_ 10. 不如那样多_11. 重要的东西_ 12. 在某人的生活中_13. 使整齐;整理_(三)通过理解上下文在对话中找出下列句子1. They must be really valuable. “_” Their value isnt always important. “_”value“价值”_词 valuable “有价值的;值钱的”_词英语构词法:某些名词 + able后缀 形容词 (-able有“可以的;可能的”之义) enjoy “喜欢;享受” _ “可享受的;令人愉悦的” comfort “安慰;舒适” _ “舒适的;舒服的” drink “喝;饮用” _ “可饮用的” move “移动” _ “可移动的”(三)语法要点探究 英语简单句句型1. 明确句子成分:主语、谓语、宾语、表语、定语、状语、补语(宾语/主语补足语) 1) 主语:句子说明的人、事、物,常由名词、代词、动名词、不定式充当 Juice is healthy. (名词) Taking exercise is good for our health. (_) They are always friendly to us.(_) To be a doctor is my dream. (_) 2) 谓语:说明主语的动作、状态、特征,只能由动词充当(实意动词、系动词),有时态、语态、人称和数的变化 We have dinner at 7:30pm. Tom was eleven at that time. My parents will leave for Shanghai tomorrow. China is developing quickly. 3) 宾语:动作的承受者(对象)或内容,常由名词、代词、动名词、不定式充当 (有的句子中某动作既有承受者又有内容,就可能出现双宾语) Mr Li can speak French. (名词) Can you help me, please? (_) Little Jim wants to have a toy. I practise speaking English every day. We send our teachers homework by email. (双宾语) (分别是作为对象的人和作为内容的事物) 介词后的名词、代词、动名词 I collected stamps, like British pounds and US dollars. Most of us learn about the world by watching and reading. 4) 表语:系动词之后的成分,表示主语的性质、状态和特征 已学的系动词有:表示状态保持的be, keep, stay 表示状态改变的 become, get, grow, turn, fall 感官动词look / sound / smell / taste / feel Leaves turn gold in autumn. The baby has fallen asleep. You look tired. The city is growing larger. 5) 定语:用于修饰或限制名词、代词的成分,最常见形容词和形容词性物主代词充当,名词、副词、动名词、不定式、介词短语也可以充当定语(副词、动名词、不定式、介词短语作定语常常放在被修饰的成分之后,称为后置定语) Have you had a good sleep last night? (形容词) Paul is our friend. (_) The man outside is Uncle Smith. (副词) Betty is a girl from the US.(_) The cat smiling is the Cheshire Cat. (_) 6) 状语:用于修饰动词、形容词、副词、介词短语或整个句子的成分,一般表时间、地点、原因、目的、结果、条件、方式、程度、让步。常常由副词、介词短语充当。 The accident happened at about three oclock in the morning.(介词短语) Well arrive there in the afternoon.
