Oxford English 3B Module 2 My favourite thingsUnit 1 Animals I likeThe First Teaching PlanTeaching aims:知识目标:1、能正确的认读单词lizard、snake。 2、初步掌握名词复数的发音情况。 3、活用Do you like ?进行交流。情感目标: 培养学生热爱动物的强烈感情,教育学生从小保护动物。能力目标: 在生活中能自然而然地运用Do you like ?来咨询对方的喜好。 Important point: Use the sentence“Do you like ?”to communicate with the teacher and other learners.Difficult point: How to make the sounds “s” correctly.Teaching procedure:一、Pre-task preparation:1. Say the rhyme together:“ One、two. Put on my shoe.”“Three、four. Open the door.”“Five、six. Count the chicks.”“Seven、eight. Open the gate.”“Nine、ten. Chicks with the hen.” 2. A song for you: “Old Macdanle” 3Show the students a big picture of the farm. On the farm, there are some kinds of animals, eg: cats、pigs、hens、ducks、dogs、chicks and so on. Encourage the students to talk about this scene. (Picture: Oxford English 3A Page 37) eg: What can you see?What can you hear? What are they? How many ? 二、While-task procedure:1. Learn “lizards”(1) Show the students the pictureT: Children, look at the animals. What are they?S1: Sorry, I dont know.(2) Listen to the teacher:Point to two lizards and say “lizards lizards”, then take out one of the lizards and say “ lizard lizard”.(3) Invite the students to repeat: “lizard ”(4) Say after the teacher: “lizards”, then change the voice to say the word.(5) Use the word to say the rhymes:2. Learn “snakes”(1) The teacher takes out two pictures and guess, the students will give the answer. Eg: T: Is this a lizard? S: Yes, it is. T: Is this a lizard? S: No. T: Oh, its a “snake snake”(2) Read the word one by one.(3) Pictures of the snakes , ask and answer:T: What are they?S: They are snakes.(4) Say “snakes” one by one.(5) Work in pairs, ask and answer:3. Learn the drills:(1) To say “ I like .”The teacher lets the students watch the pictures on the blackboard carefully, and tell them “I like rabbits”, then ask “Who likes birds?” Encourage them to say “I like .” as they stand up.(2) To say “Yes, I like .” “No, I dont like .”The teacher asks “Do you like ?” The students will try to answer “Yes, I do. No, I dont.” (We have learned before.) To elimit: Yes, I like .No, I dont like .(3) To say “Do you like ?”First the teacher invites individual students to ask the question, then show them the sentence card “Do you like ?” Say it after the teacher for several times.4. Play the cassette:(1) Listen carefully.(2) Try to repeat.(3) Work in pairs: T-Ss S1-S25. Do a survey: “Draw a happy face or a sadface”S1: Do you like ?S2: Yes, I like .No, I dont like .三、Post-task activities:1. Have a rest: sing the song “ In the zoo”2. Review the animals:(1) Show them the pictures of the other animals,let the students recongnize them.(2) Say them after the teacher include the new words of the animals.(3) Pay attention : how to make the sounds “s”correctly.(4) Play the game:The teacher raises the pictures (no colours)and ask one of the students “Do you like cats?” If heshe likes it, you will give himher all the pictures and let himher colour one picture of the cats.(Teacher chooses five students to play this game.)3. Let the students take out their animals toys, tellthem “ Children, animals are our friends, please take good care.Now lets give the animal to your friend as a present. Remember: Friendship is very important.”四、Homework:1. Copy the words 6:12. Use the sentence “Do you like ?” to communicate each other.附:板书设计 Do you like ? Yes, I like . No, I dont like . A song for you: “In the zoo”Show the students the scene, when they sing the animal, the teacher will take out the picture and stick on the blackboard. Then lets talk about the animals. S1: Hello, where are you going? S2: Go to the zoo. S1: Lets go together. S2: OK. S1: Oh, what can you see? S2: I can see . S1: Do you like ? S2: Yes, I like .No, I dont like . 2Ask the students: “What animals can you see at the zoo?” S: I can see . at the zoo.二、While-task procedure:6. Learn “ lions、tigers、snakes ”(6) If the students say the word, the teacher will show them the pictures quickly.(7) Say after the teacher: Pay attention: how to make the sound “s” correctly.(8) Show them the word cards, lets read them with the music.(lions、tigers、snakes、zebras、elephants、pandas、monkeys)(9) Please introduce the animal what you like.S1: I like tigers. They are big. They are orange and black. They are very strong. Then introduce with your deskmate.(10) Please guess: “What are they?” to elimetthe word “giraffe” T: I like them. Theyre in the forest(丛林). They have long necks(脖子) Theyre very tall. Theyre yellow and brown. What are they?(11) Show the students the pictures and word cards, say it after the teacher: “giraffe-giraffes”7. Drills:(6) Play the cassette:First listen to the tape, the second time, please repeat. Pay attention your pronunciation.(7) Lets play a game: “Bingo”Please guess “What are they?”Make the recorder: “Describe the animals”, let the students listen carefully, if he knows, he can say: “Bingo”, the teacher will stop the cassette at once. If hes wrong, the cassette goes on. If hes right, the teacher asks him:“Do you like ?”三、Post-task activities:4. Have a rest: Listen to the sound of the animals, tell us “What do you hear?” Then do some actions as the animals.5. Lets talk:(5) Show them the pictures of all the animals, let the students remember them .(6) Do a survey: “Which animal is our favouriteth
